Very nice, good quality knives, easy to use website, fast delivery and item well packaged. There are useful videos on the site, with advice, and the lady I spoke to when I telephoned was friendly, polite and helpful.

Just wish I could find a book aimed at true beginners, which doesn't recommend thousand of pounds worth of equipment, and give impossibly difficult projects, yet claims to be for 'beginners'. Any recommendations welcome.
I will still keep the knife though, as it is so nice.

Great range around all price points. Knowledge and informative on the telephone. Speedy delivery... thankfully not Evri.

Excellent service

As described, competitive price, delivered on time.

Excellent help and guidance from Izzy.

Great handles, easy to shape down to the required sizes. Excellent service and neatly wrapped in a strong useful box

The handles of my two small axes, formerly my late father’s, had snapped under the heads. Wanting to retain the excellent heads I combed the internet for suitable handles, preferring quality to cheapness.
3 things stood out with Woodsmith’s: North East UK; family-run business; reasonable price for what appeared to be a quality product.
Received the handles today and they look and feel good. In addition, very nicely packaged in a strong box.

Goods arrived on time and in Good condition very good quality and at a reasonable price very satisfied good experience all round

Prompt delivery and product exactly as described. Many thanks.

Parcels arrived safely in Japan. I may have caused the shop some trouble with the parcels, and I am grateful for the shop staff's assistance.
All the items I purchased were excellent, but the Pole Lathe Crank Set in particular has greatly lowered the hurdle for me to build my own Pole Lathe. I look forward to using it once the snow has melted.
Thank you, Woodsmith.

Both members of staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful and went to a considerable amount of effort to fulfill my order in the time restraints I had to work with Thank you Izzie and Leo

I got good advice on the telephone about my purchase from a very knowledgeable member of the Woodsmith team. They are a pleasure to deal with. The online videos are well worth watching and this is how I discovered Woodsmith.

I was searching for some specialist Japanese drill bits and was pleased to find that Woodsmith stocked them. The price was fair and the service first class.

Nice to do business with a small UK firm and I wish them well.

Order process efficient and turned up within 48 hours, item is top notch. What else do I need? Would use again.

I bought two items, a hatchet and a knife. Excellent communication with Izzy. Fast shipping, big plus for using Royal Mail. I’m very satisfied. Thank you, Sebastian.

Highly recommended!
Absolutely brilliant from the initial enquiry to the delivery and unpacking.
