I had an appointment regarding my…
I had an appointment regarding my chronic sinus infection and explained to the doctor that basic amoxicillin does not work for me. I was prescribed it during my last appointment with one of his colleagues, and it didn’t help. Only Augmentin has worked in the past.
However, the doctor did not listen and prescribed the same medication again, so my problem remains unresolved. Furthermore, the doctor was yawning and stretching, which made it seem like he was not paying attention. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful.
Another major issue is that we cannot choose which doctor attends to us.

Great service and highly recommend
This is second time I booked Webdoctor and first time with a GP. Both times received great service. The appointment was right on time and the doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was sometime urgent and my local GP was unfortunately fully booked for the week. But was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours.
Will definitely book them again.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team is always attentive and genuinely focused on what you need, which makes a huge difference. At one point, I was out of my medication, and they went above and beyond by issuing a temporary prescription until I could attend my appointment—something I really appreciated. The customer service is truly top-notch, and the doctors are consistently kind, understanding, and helpful. I felt well cared for and supported throughout.

Prescription wasn’t ready within 2 hours. No communication
Said a prescription would be ready within 2 hours and it wasn’t. Chemist closed at 10pm but it was the next morning before it was ready. Was urgently needed
