I had a uti got symptoms on a Saturday evening after work, I had uti tests at home so I knew it just would get worse so looked for an appointment at 7:20pm was booked in for 7:30 the doctor was amazing he was attentive and listened to me I had an antibiotic sent over in 10 minutes to a chemist so I could get on the mend asap

I reached out to Doc Online with a simple question, but the tone of the replies was unexpectedly curt and dismissive. There was no sense of empathy or basic courtesy. Just short, unhelpful responses that made it clear they weren’t interested in assisting.

Professionalism and kindness cost nothing, especially in a healthcare setting. Unfortunately, this experience has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Hopefully, they reflect on how they communicate with patients in the future.

Just wait for your own doctor don't waste your money..

Scam! , I booked with the doctor she but couldn’t help I asked for a refund they blocked me on what’s app sent 4 emails took my money !!! From looking at other reviews deffo a scam, I will go to the end of the earth to get my refund and prov a point €40

I found Doc on line very good, efficient and easy to follow instructions to book my appointment on line. Consolation with Dr excellent on time as planned and prescription to pharmacy. Well done all concerned.

This was my first time using the service. My telephone appointment was exactly as arranged and the Doctor was clear and helpful. Within 10-15 mins my prescription had been emailed to a chemist which was open on a Sunday and I was able to start taking the medication that day.

So much easier & hassle free to get an appointment than my own Drs. So simple you just Choose a call time & they phone you. The Dr I spoke with asked if i had any other question's before the call ended. My prescription was sent to pharmacy & recieved a cert shortly afterwards for work.
