Whole experience was good from start to finish. Easy discussion by email prior to confirming order, and proof copies sent prior to comitting to manufacture. A bit disappointed by limited choice of font (only 1!) for our particular style (cast resin oval) but that can be expanded as the company grows. In the event, the font looked fine, and we are very pleased with the final product, delivered on schedule and very well packaged so no damage in transit. No hesitation in recommending this company for *your* bespoke house sign.

After a wait of 3 months I had been really looking forward to receiving the house sign. However, when it arrived I was really disappointed in the quality of it. There are bits of gold paint missing from the lettering and there are little holes in it. It is also bigger on one side than the other so won’t sit flush against the wall. I have contacted village green signs about it and sent pics but they now appear to be ignoring me. I feel like it has been an expensive mistake in ordering from them as I won’t be putting it up.

Our Kookaburra sign withstood the extreme Aussie conditions that was thrown at it, so when we returned to the UK to live, bought our cottage, it was a very easy decision to buy another much loved sign from VG. I had a few questions which Kerry and Melissa responded to immediately, providing excellent customer service. We are thrilled with our Walnut Cottage plaque, its simply beautiful. The yellow flowers are highlighted by our newly painted yellow front door and the overall design and quality is top notch. Customer service is quite interactive. I was sent mock ups to ensure they got my custom order right. Turnaround is a bit slow but understandable post covid. I am now the proud owner of two signs which I know will add curb appeal to my homes.

Purchased a sign which was disappointing when arrived that it wasn’t like the ordered picture , after sales follow up sent me a email out of the blue a little while later to ask for feedback . I had said that I was disappointed sent pictures and waited . Very quickly Melissa had arranged for the plaque to go back sent a courier to us , and the plaque was finished beautifully.
