In a nutshell, they lie, they cheat, they steal. I ordered a very expensive grinder that was supposed to come with 2 free items. They claim same day shipping, but I didn't hear from them for over a week, and I had to call and ask where my item was. I was lied to about it being delayed due to the 4th of July holiday. I needed to refuse delivery by UPS. They forced me to accept, then pay for the item to be sent to them. The truth is they drop shipped it from the Breville company in California, and never had it in their warehouse, as they claimed. They charged me $53.00 for the return. Blatantly gouging. This could be easily written off by them as a business expense, but barring that, as a business I'm sure they have discounted rates through UPS! It seems they were determined to make money off me in whatever way they could. They never delivered the free items, and in fact told me I would have had to return them as well. Return the FREE items?? Obviously this is a hook and lure to get you to buy from them. There were delays in refunds because they had to "inspect" a box that was never opened. There's more, but I"ll leave it at this...If you want to be treated disrespectfully, if you want to be lied to and used, take the risk. Otherwise, stay away!!

I’m extremely disappointed with Majesty Coffee’s handling of my order. My return request was denied simply because it fell outside their 30-day window—even though the situation wasn’t that straightforward. There was no effort to understand the circumstances or offer a reasonable solution.

For a company selling premium equipment, I expected a higher level of customer service and flexibility. Instead, the response felt rigid and dismissive. When you’re spending serious money, you should feel supported after the purchase—not shut down over policy technicalities.

I would strongly caution others: make absolutely sure you’re 100% satisfied immediately, because if anything comes up even slightly outside their return window, you may be stuck with no real options.

Overall, very frustrating experience and not the level of service I expected.
