Very slow speed and no HBO & Sling
I had speed issues that were so slow and I lost HBOMax and Sling for almost 2 weeks. I sent a email and Ms.Rence called me back, she was very patient and stayed on the phone with me for 30 mins to reset my system and get everything back up and running.
Great customer service by Ms. Rence!!!

Worst Internet company ever!!
Worst Internet company ever!!! it always goes down with little to no updates and you can’t ever get a hold of anybody in customer service. Do not sign up for this company. It is a total scam if I could give zero stars I would.

Rence solves the issue
I am here to acknowledge Rence for his patience and time to help me find that I had a faulty Nokia modem power cord. He was the third representative I reached in a few days. He took the time to walk through the right box, the right connections, rebooting, troubleshooting and resolution. OpenInfra is not known for its service as a whole, especially equipment and placement, and poor communication, but Rence was truly great. I’m not rating Rence a 3-star, I’m rating the fact that it took me two trouble tickets without communication and a third to reach Rence to finally solve the problem.

We’ve had Open Infra for a month now
We’ve had Open Infra for a month now. It took almost a week for them to get it set up, and that only happened after multiple calls before a tech named Jim finally got it working.
Now, a month later, we’ve been without WiFi for two weeks. Two service technicians came out today and they were great they did everything they could and got it working… or so we thought. Currently only one phone and one computer will connect. Nothing else will.
We called again and sat on hold for over 30 minutes just to be told “everything looks good” and to restart our TV and phones. Guess what? We’ve already done that. And you can’t talk to anyone higher up.
It’s beyond frustrating. They lock you into a 2-year contract, so now I’m stuck paying for a service that doesn’t even work.

Jim did an excellent job helping me with my invoice. He went above and beyond to help me understand, not your typical representative that only answers your questions, he wanted to make sure I knew what was going on. He truly went the extra mile Was helpful and very knowledgeable too, not to mention he was kind and respectful. Thank you Jim.

no service no word no nothing
I live near Hawthorne, Florida Open Infra attached a bright orange cable to my house with a router complete with a hole in the wall . The cable went to the street with the plan that it would be attached to underground fiber optic cable. This was about 2 years ago now.. We signed and obligated ourselves to their promise of service as did many others in our area.. No word.. no service.. Its like they vanished. Meanwhile we didn't take service from another source and haver gone without internet because of this. To Open Infra.. DO Consider this your 30 day notice of cancellation... and if I see a class action suite.. I will sign on. Have a good day.

Your company is only as good as the people who work for you. Two of your Techs (Michael Buchs and Nick Pelroff came to home to deal with an on going problem of mine. These two gentlemen were great, they took the time out to pinpoint my problem and explain in detail what it was. They were very respectful and gave me a whole new outlook on Open Infra's customer service. Thank you

Jim got my billing issue resolved with little effort and good speed. My account should have been an auto draft but an issue with the system did not let it recognize my card expiration date. Got it corrected quickly and I was on my way.

Great customer service
I had a difficult to solve problem requiring a fair bit of back and forth and multiple trouble calls etc, throughout the entire process, Alexander Stern from Open Infra was with me. He displayed a great deal of professionalism and patience. I really appreciate his help bringing my problem to resolution. Based on Alex's efforts alone I would recommend Open Infra to others.

The guys that came out on Nov 13th to repair our cut line were incredible. They were here all day and got us taken care of. Very knowledgeable and very friendly as well. The one man didn’t speak much English but he tried his best to communicate with us

Was having slow speed on downloads.
Was having problems getting my internet speeds back to normal. Spoke with Rence at customer support. I told her I had rebooted my modem and router but it didn't change. She, at her end could see it was still slow, so she did it from her end and it came back to normal. She was very respectful and patient through whole period. Thanks for the help.

What is worse than 1 star
There’s nothing I can say about how awful my experience is that has not been said numerous times in the reviews. I had the service barely over a month and I already had several outages. When I had Verizon/Frontier fiber, I had 1 or maybe 2 outages in over 6 years. I can’t imagine the quality of infrastructures the have if it keeps having to be serviced all the time. And when you call or send emails, you of course get generic responses without explanation of what is truly going on. The lost of productivity due to this outages is frustrating.

He had Patience
He had Patience, knowledge, most people including myself don’t understand the works of the internet. To change companies is scary. We are afraid we will get caught between internet services and loose all the service for computers, phones, TV’s, laptop, phones that are working but we know we needed to get better service. He was able to walk me through the change very patiently. I have Two more TV’s to convert.I don’t even know his name, but you need to promote him up the ladder.
I have owned two companies one I sold. Having great internet is key for business.
