When I have had to work from home recently, we had our first extended outage due to construction. I finally have my internet back, and Jim has been courteous, supportive, and helpful! Thank you so much, Jim, for supporting your customers like me that rely so much on your services!

Great customer service!
Jim was pleasant and very helpful to work with. I called in to pay my bill and Jim went above and beyond to help me set up a customer portal so I can take care of these things in the future more easily. I have only had extremely helpful people the last 6 months and I'm greatful for that. I was nervous initially because I was having alot of issues initially but I quickly learned trouble shooting so I don't need to call app the time. The internet has been really good lately. If there is an outage I usually have to reset or reboot it. Any time I call everyone is happy and friendly and very helpful. Only 1 time did I have someone in the beginning that wasn't helpful. Happy with the company and internet, and Jim is a great asset to your company!

My internet (through OpenInfra)has been down for over 10 days. Their story keeps changing on why, and they have made it clear that they don’t work on the weekends. If you have any other options, go with those. Terrible customer service. I stayed on the phone for an hour waiting to talk to a representative and then the system just hung up on me! So mad!

My Internet was out for five days
My Internet was out for five days, it was restored on Wednesday of this week, and now it is out again on Friday of this week. What is going on please let your customers know if you intend to stay in business or should we be looking for another carrier the Internet is vital to my business. I needed to be up and running 24 seven without interruptions. Please advise of the situation and when it will be fixed permanently!

Delays in getting assistance and or credits.
After some delays getting a second mesh pod activated, support (Dan) reached out and walked me through the setup. The pod adopted correctly and my WiFi coverage is better now. It took longer than I’d hoped to get here, but the final support call was clear and effective.

I had been without internet for a week…
I had been without internet for a week and after several calls waiting in line 40 to 50 minutes. No service was received. Then my grand daughter talked with one of your customer service personnel, Karlo. He helped her and she gave him my phone number. He called me and in no time had me up and running.
In my opinion Karlo is the "best."

No Call NO SHOW
Absolutely not 4 stars. Maybe negative 4 stars. There is always lines down usually once a month. They blame it on construction. It’s a minimum of 3 days before they fix anything. They rarely update there website for know outages so customers never know anything. Buyer BEWARE when that knock comes to your door to sell fiber lines. Don’t feed into it. They set up in rural areas that don’t have fiber yet and make it Impossible to get outta your contract. There website is full of promises that are all lies. They do not have enough techs to handle issues and probably do not have there line properly marked because it’s and issue that has happened every month latest being and out for 9 days now we have received 2 little updates with barely any information. It’s been HORRIBLE. On and when you call they have an option to call you back by pressing star you won’t get a call back or if you do it’s almost 5days later
Field Tech was supposed to come and check our lines since we have have only had internet maybe 4 days in the last 30 days. Field Tech was a no show. So I called she said yes they already determined they could not come due to a outage in your area. We received 2 confirmation including one today saying they would be here and text when they are on there way. Never received a call, text or email say they couldn’t come my husband stayed home from work to make sure someone was here I called an Hour after they were supposed to be here to find out no one was coming

No internet for four days
We haven't had internet service for several days. They aren't answering the phone or returning anyone's emails. I can't find a public announcement to their customers with an explanation. This is outrageous. It could be weeks or even months before we have service again for all we know.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM OPEN INFRA
I am one of the unfortunate suckers to switch from Spectrum to OpenInfra via Sumofiber. What a mistake this was to switch. This fiber internet is the most unreliable service I have ever experienced. Multiple times a week, we will lose our internet, sometimes multiple times a day, and this is when their internet is performing at its best. Now, when the internet is actually down, good luck getting that fixed in any sort of hurry. Don't even bother reaching out to customer service. You are wasting your time. I have lost track how many emails I finally get a response to days after my original complaint. And the emails, might as well just say, "This response was generated by Chat GPT and not a human representative." As you can see by the company responses to all the complaints here, just copy and paste responses to our concerns and that they "understand." No, they dont. If they did, they would prioritize the service being much more reliable than what it currently is, which is abysmal. I am switching over to WOW! internet on Monday and look forward to getting away from this horrific company. Don't ever recommend this company to anyone. You will lose friends, business, and your family will disown you.

No one seems to work here
I have been sitting on the phone in queue for over an hour for a simple billing problem. Yesterday I selected the option for a callback but never received one. Does no one work here? My issue should take only minutes to resolve and involves me WANTING to pay my bill, but the billing portal gives NO OPTION TO SIMPLY SUBMIT A PAYMENT.

Great Service! Friendly Can-Do People
We recently had a need to contact the Open Infra Customer Service and Field Service team in North Texas (Denton County) to address a fiber cable which became exposed due to erosion on our property. The entire experience from contacting Dan with OI Customer Service through to completion was smooth and professional.
Jacob and his team were excellent in addressing the issue on our property. Friendly, Can-Do people. I am very satisfied with the service they provided.
Everyone I spoke with at Open Infra was concerned about my issue and acted with a sense of urgency. Follow-up was great through the entire process. Thanks Open Infra, for the top notch Customer Service and support!

TEN DAYS we have been without…
TEN DAYS we have been without consistent service, and if you are trying to run a business using their service, RUN! During the last ten days, the website has not been updated in a timely or accurate manner, you will wait on average 45 minutes to speak with someone who will give you the same generic answer of rodents chewed through the line and the engineers are working on it (for ten days). Please don't bother using the feature offered on the telephone to prompt hitting the * for someone to call you back - I have used it every day multiple times a day, and no one has called me back to date. When I could get someone to answer, I have requested to speak to a manager or have someone call me back as well as making the request in writing. No response. The website has said it has been restored for days now. I continued calling multiple times a day, telling them my service is not working, and I cannot run my business with unreliable service. Finally, at 10:11 am today they finally admitted that there was something wrong with my service specifically, and would issue an emergency ticket, which will be another TWO - THREE BUSINESS DAYS! I have to say, everyone in customer service has been nice, unfortunately, not helpful in the slightest, but nice. If you need reliable, competent service, I would 100% pass on this company. Oh, and to add insult to injury, they offered $9.00 credit.
