We have been without internet from almost a week and after calling #863-694-1337, spoke to many representatives never got any response from them. Until today Mr Alexander resolved it in less than 2 minutes and kindly helped me set up automatic payments. Great customer service, thanks!

Not all customer service is the same, then there's Dan!
After being down for 4 days and talking to multiple reps that told me that the lines would be up soon, I only called again because I received an email on Day 5 that the internet was back up 3 days ago. WHY the original reps I talked to didn't say the same...... The last guy I spoke to was Dan - very professional, understood the issue and got me back up and running after a few simple test to ping the IP Address. Thank you Dan for your persistence!

They start lying every time they open their mouths.
They start lying every time I talk to them. I am looking at least a 24hr outage that was supposed to be 6hr.
Back in April lost internet for 30days and 15min. It only took 15min to fix it.
Now they tell us it's out for 6hr and it's out for 24 and that's if we are lucky.

Excellent customer service
Open Infra is hard to get a hold of, but once you get a live person, they have the best customer service. They check up on the issue, making sure it's resolved. My rep. Karlo even checked up a few days later to see if I was able to get the router up and running again. It wasn't even a problem with Open Infra, which was fantastic customer service!

Great Service!
Aside from a wait in que to speak with a
Service Rep, when I did get to speak with someone they were VERY HELPFUL. I spoke with several people over the course of two days to resolve two different problems. The first problem was with their fiber. The Reps on the phone were polite, apologetic and followed up with status and completion calls. The techs that were dispatched were very knowledgeable and repaired the fiber problem quickly. The second problem was of my own doing related to software/firmware and Customer Service Rep JUNI helped me fix it over the phone.

Nice customer service
I spoke to many customer service reps when I was having issues and all are very respectful. My field techs Bryan and Tod were fantastic and did diligent work. My WiFi speeds are fast which is difficult to find where I live, but infra delivers!

After sitting on hold forever twice, and then leaving my number so I could get a call back - which never happened, and then sending in 2 emails on 2 separate days, I FINALLY got a response from Jim in customer service - and he was incredible - not only did he research the issue and give me information, but he followed up consistently.
HE WAS A LIFESAVER!!!

Is great service for the rural area and…
Is great service for the rural area and straight up fiber 1gb up and 1gb. For a reasonable price. In addition you get your router and is not like the cable companies that policing your services and slow your speed during peak time usages. Your not getting for speed usage as ofra. Customer will get better but as far turn around on repairs their on to of the game. Compare to the telecom greedy profit and your service is crap as well their customer service and repair response time and the freedom of what your traffic online.
Is none of their business what the telecom telling you what you allow to watch or not!
