Such an easy process

Such an easy process, customer service reps never disappoint. Jim was especially kind and patient. Everything from billing to outages, simple tasks, unlike Spectrum. I'm so glad Spectrum has competition.

I could not understand her.

The lady was very nice but I could not understand any of her instructions. I asked her to repeat but still could not understand so I just tried to be nice and say goodbye. Strong foreign accent.

They have a great customer service

They have a great customer service, always helpful and honest.
I love the service, the only problem is that almost every month updates the systems, the internet go down for days or hours.

Alexander was extremely helpful in getting my service back on line. He is extremely knowledgeable of the in the network and the devices connected to it. He was great to work with. He was very patient while walking me through the installation of the open infra router. I would enjoy working with him again should the need arise.

Had to call for a billing issue I was having and spoke with Rence, who was extremely kind and helpful. The issue took no time at all to resolve and he was incredibly helpful.

My call was answered promptly. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and courteous. She solved my problem quickly and helped me get my new router set up.

Review of service provided by Open Infra

With the exception of the people who answered the phone in other countries, most of the people at Open Infra were nice. It is unfortunate that they were not able to provide the service as promised, or in a timely manner.

While I was was not happy at all about the outage I did appreciate Rence, the customer service rep doing her best to keep me updated on a daily basis. I did realize that there were days where she didn’t have any new knowledge but she still reached out

Great customer support

As a whole, our fiber internet being down for 13 days wasn’t a great experience. But, Dan in customer service did a great job. He told me the technicals were doing their best, and he would get back to me with an update as soon as he have more information. I wrote that off as I will likely wouldn’t get a call back since that’s how most ISP’s operate, but that wasn’t the case here. Dan called me back an hour or so after the Internet had been restored to make sure everything was working OK. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Experience talking to customer service.

It took me 35 min to get through and speak to someone. Jim was able to help me and got me compensated for the outage I experience.
