Good Service
Once I got past the hold period, the service is great. Juni was patient and we reset everything on both ends. This worked and resolved my issue. I truly appreciated his patience while I went from the garage to router to mesh wifi relays.

Jim did an above and beyond customer…
Jim did an above and beyond customer service. He was able to get a tech out and fix the issue. I work from home and was with no internet for 9 days. In the evening Jim had the curtesy to call me and make sure everything was functioning right. Top of that he credit our account for the days being out of Service. We need more people like him who cares for the customers. Thanks Jim.

Avoid at all costs
Run as fast as possible from this company. I’m going on over two weeks with no internet. They provide excuse after excuse as to why they can’t complete the work. If you want reliable internet and customer service that’s able to provide help of any kind, this is not the company for you. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any internet, phone, utility provider by miles.

Entering day 17 of no internet. I get a line was cut. However, not solving the problem for 17 days and counting?? I get downtimes can occur. Open Infra US is trending a downtime that could easily be over 30 days in the last 6 months.

Start up with your company
Well for months I refused to go with your company until Alexander Stern took my phone call. He went above excellent customer service. He assisted me in so many ways he never made me feel like I a computer dummy. (That I am). He is the reason I’m giving 5 stars. He was patient and very understanding to my concerns. I hope I will always have his kind of service from your company. If I don’t I’m definitely calling Alexander. He deserves more than just my review!!! I had issues at first with certain customer service reps. I was able to get in touch with Dan and he went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. Communication was great. Prompt responses and kept me updated on the repair process. Internet has been great. I recommend Open Infra for fiber internet.

Too little too late.
I am totally satisfied when I finally get notified from you. The problem is I will request by email, by text, and by phone calls, as soon as my Internet goes out. Unfortunately, it's days to a week before I ever get a call back or a text from you acknowledging anything. Then, you wanna know what's my service restored? It would have been nice if I could actually reach somebody. When my service is out, not days or weeks afterwards, when it's already finally been restored. If you don't have enough people in your customer's service to handle the amount of outages, you have, it would be a help.If you hired enough people.

Did great, however..…
Answered our questions and solved the problem, however, I may not be able to find the old router. I was not told originally that I needed to return it. It was not working so I may have thrown it away. I was also not told the original transfer was compatible with the new router. If I had been told that I would have already been using it.
