OpenInfo has Excellent Customer Service.
Dan - with customer did an outstanding job in addressing issue and keeping me informed of progress in correcting a technical issue that covered a wide area of service. Once resolved, he checked to make sure that my system was fully operational and that I was completely satisfied. I have had very good customer service with Open Info but Dan has topped all previous encounters!

Solid experience
There has been a lot of swirl recently about fiber here in the community. My experience has been rock solid. I'd give a 5 star review if there as a little more transparency into issues/challenges - but I will admit, I have only had 2 outages that has impacted working from home since the day I've had service - from the day they knocked on the door! And those... were the carrier's problem.

Well, this time it didn't take 24 hours to fix the interruption. But it still was a little long. You need to have someone on call every day so that if there is an issue, you are able to take care of it right away. Thanks for your service.

Great customer service
My internet wasn't working but Jim stuck with me until we got it up and running. He then followed up after the whole area went down later in the day to make sure I was up when the service was eventually restored.

Customer service with a smile
I was calling to terminate my service. The second representative I spoke with was Jim, the first one had a bad connection and I hung up. Jim was delightful to speak with and asked if he could call back if the call dropped or was distorted due to my hearing aids. He continued to ask questions to analyze the situation to see how he could help.I just want to say he couldn't change my reason for the call but followed up with alternatives to beat the competition. He was helpful, knowledgeable and did research as he felt necessary to see what he could due. He tried to rescue the account not by trying to be rude but to make me feel appreciated and hoping that I may change me mind. If switching companies doesn't work out I'll be back Jim.

No Internet on Super Bowl Sunday
It’s Super Bowl Sunday. I’m on the second of three free months of service due to Open Infra being down for two whole weeks. I reported them to the FCC and they decided to offer me the three months free as an apology. Today my internet is once again down. Can’t wait to see how they think they’re going to repay me for canceling my Super Bowl party.

Worst internet service I’ve ever…
Worst internet service I’ve ever experienced. We were out from the 14th on January until the 6th of February. Zero refund.
We signed up in September (less than 5 months of service and the internet has gone down more than 5 times for several days at a time.
Absolute worst internet I’ve ever had. People on the phone CAN be nice at times if you get the right one but the overall experience has been god awful. Use anyone other than open infra. You will just be wasting your money.
