Customer service resolution
I called your customer service number today and spoke with Vince. This was our second time calling to follow up on a billing discrepancy…
Vince sounded pleasant during the duration of our conversation he listened to the information I provided and asked for a few minutes to pull up our account. After a few minutes Vince asked me a question to confirm the reason of my call. This made me feel better since he was now familiar with the situation at hand. Vince escalated our situation to his supervisor he checked with me at one point and kept me informed of the steps he was taking. Vince resolved our situation and disolved down our frustration. I want to commend him for his customer service over the phone. Please provide our regards. His tone of voice was adecúate and his vocabulary when conversing with me was also accurate. My issue was ultimately resolved during the third scheduled visit, and once the technician arrived, it was fixed within minutes. The contracted team was friendly and clearly competent. I also received great support from two customer service agents — Ana (who seemed to be remote) and Amanda (a local field rep). Amanda in particular was awesome. Both were responsive and helpful throughout the process.
That said, the overall response timeline was slow. I reported the outage on February 16, and it wasn’t resolved until February 27. As someone who works from home, that delay was challenging. I understand that demand and workload may be high, and I appreciate the effort, but faster resolution times would make a big difference.

My biggest concern is that you answer the phone.
I was able to resolve a new two year contract quite easily. I do not use the Internet that much so a service loss is not a big big thing to me, but when it happens and it does I am not happy.

This is a very unique technical issue…
This is a very unique technical issue after a power outage and the service tech was able to reboot the ONT device and save me a trip home after my router had come back up. Excellent customer service.
Dan was great, I appreciate having very technical people on the front line. And not only that, he listened to my concern versus trying to read from a script. I appreciate that.
