My calling experience
When I called them, I was able to talk to a person right away. He was great at letting me know about company cancellation policy. He even offered a 2 month window before the cancellation went into effect in case I changed my mind.

Juni was extraordinary
Juni was extraordinary, and in 2026 where customer service consists of getting rid of a call in microseconds, Juni stayed with the issue until its completion - including an unintended phone call call drop, which he immediately called me back.
My issues was out of the ordinary run of the mill it involved 30+ minutes of multiple internal company conversations.
All this resulted in a 100% problem resolved. Anyone who expects any more suffers from unrealistic expectations.
Juni is a credit to your company, and should be recognized as such IMHO.

The customer service rep, Rence, was exceptional. We lost our internet with no reported outages. She quickly identified the problem, walked me through the steps needed and within a few short minutes my internet was back and running. Her knowledge of the issue made this interaction much easier for me. Many thank you’s to her, you have a great service rep

Service Provider Change
I dreaded going through the hassle of making a change of service providers but the assistant that worked with me (Rhen) was amazing and made it so easy to change. Since it is also under Open Infra there is no equipment changes. She assured me that the service would be great and they will be the ones to make the switch over and I will not be required to do anything. They will do a follow up with me after the switch takes place just to make sure everything is going well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had been trying to get an issue resolved since 3/9 speaking with 2 other customer service people. Today I called again and it took the representative AJ less than 15 minutes to resolve my issue. I am very impressed by her and am very grateful that she could help me.
