Jim @Infinity? 10/10! 👍

Jim, Infinity’s customer service rep, was extremely helpful and efficient. My requests for special accommodations were taken care of before the promised date, and I even received a follow up afterward to make sure everything was as requested.
No complaints so far with OpenInfra’s service and especially with the new internet provider, Jim & Infinity.

Rence in customer service helped me so…

Rence in customer service helped me so much. A couple weeks ago, I called to get a shipping label. Told the agent that I need to have it sent to another email address. Didn't receive the email. Called again and Rence corrected my email address and emailed me a shipping label. She said to ship it today and I won't be charged any fees. I printed out the label and shipped it immediately. It was nice talking to her and she helped me get the package shipped out today.

When the service was first offered to me, everyone was friendly, gave full, detailed information and were readily available to answer questions or concerns. During the rare times the service stopped for some reason, I recall getting an email and a text giving needed information.

Alexander = 5 STARS

Alexander did a wonderful job in helping get our internet service restored after the vendor we chose for the changeover from Starlight left us with no service for 5+ days. He set us up with a new provider and we had service in less than a half hour. He was patient, listened, and solved our problem & did so quickly! 5 Stars for Alexander!
