Fantastic work
Fantastic work, very quick and quality work done. We originally just had 1 window done as it was blown but ended up getting the rest done after the original work was complete. Great experience throughout from sales to fitting. Could not be happier.

From start to finish Universal Windows…
From start to finish Universal Windows have been great 👍
As other reviews state i don't normally accept selling on my doorstep but I made an appointment to get a price! A lovely salesman came and gave a sales pitch which bowled us over! The security on the windows is what sold it! We advised that we weren't signing up there and then and we weren't pushed too much at all- surfice to say we didn't sign up on the day! We were contacted about a week later and after some thought we decided to go ahead! This is a family run business which I did research beforehand. There were a couple of hiccups with fitting date (due to a new system being installed) which was dealt with and also some miscommunication ( on my part with the fitter) which again was dealt with efficiently! All in all a great product and great people to deal with! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you!

Fooled by lies and bullshit
I had a conservatory fitted by them in Jan 24 although one of the most expensive quotes I thought at least I have a 10 year warranty. I do indeed have a 10 year warranty but with the experience gained during the last 16 months or so I now know they might as well give a life time warranty as they don't appear to honour them anyway. Since fit day I have had nothing but problems with the building, from condensation to a leaking roof. They have been out a few times to solve the problems but to date I still have a leaking roof. The condensation was an easy fix by drilling holes in the frame work to allow water to escape. As for the leak if silicone doesn't cure it there pretty much stumped. Although they know what the actual problem is (poor workmanship) it is too big of a job for them to correct time wise and cost wise So they insist on lying or using stalling tactics. I have now reached the stage were enough is enough and there's going to have to be a legal battle. I am only writing this as a warning to anyone else who's fooled by the 10 year warranty pledge. I would say tread very carefully.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Paul came to our door and was ever so friendly and knowledgeable. A couple of days later, Amy visited our house. She wasn't a pushy salesperson - this made us feel very comfortable. Very bubbly and can honestly say wish more sales people had her approach. The whole time, Kate handled our calls. She was so patient with me, as i'm not always free to pick up my phone. We arranged a date for the surveyor (sorry, forgot gentleman's name!), he too was friendly and quick! Then, finally, Onkar and Kam fitted our front door! These two were so professional and friendly. Left no mess and fitted our door perfectly. The whole process took about a month, and I can honestly say I will be using this company in the future. Thank you all!
