Found UK composite doors online, very easy door builder app, had to contact them directly for a few little changes and then they gave me some additional discount, very helpful and delivered quicker than what was originally stated so all in all a great experience and would definitely use again

We replaced our old uPVC door with a composite door from UK Composite Doors and the difference is night and day. Not only does it look stunning , but the house feels much warmer and quieter.

Liam has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has been there through the whole process. I understand stand that when buying items through an online company it can just feel just that but Liam has put such a personal touch on it. Been in contact throughout the entire process always got back to me same day if I needed anything and I’ve been on his toes a lot! Even to the point he rang me back around 8pm after he’d been to the football! Now if that’s not customer service I don’t know what is. The door quality is second to none and even when I got my cill size wrong (yes was my fault) he didn’t just ignore me Liam arranged a new cill for me to be produced and cut to size within 2/3 days. Liam is what in my opinion buisness owners lose, there personal touch. Without a second thought if anyone asks me for French doors or any door for that matter I will be passing them onto Liam. He’s been a pleasure to deal with. 110% recommend! Keep it up pal you’ve got something special going on.

Had a great experience of a new composite door, i’d looked at several competitors but Liam was a great communicator, talked me through the whole thing. Great designs, choices, colours and fittings - fitted today and 100% pleased great safety features couldnt be happier. Needn't have worried. Liam was knowledgeable about product and the website was easy to use. Was kept in tje loop on progress, even though Christmas was in between ordering amd delivery.

The price was also much cheaper than other companies who did something similar and the quality is brilliant. The door looks amazing and is even better than we thought. Absolute scam! Placed an order through them (also Value Doors, part of Home Service Group) in December for bifold doors that never arrived. Company possibly in liquidation or a total scam. Crushing to have lost thousands and have a month delay on building work which is extremely costly.
For reference I was also sold the door by Liam who other reviewers have mentioned; his mobile number now also doesn't work along with any emails or website.

This company is AMAZING. Their customer service was top notch from the very beginning when I first made an enquiry on their website. I had a man named Liam ring me to follow up on the website query. We were quite specific with our requests but he was so kind as he worked to accommodate us. We weren't quite ready to make a decision, but Liam followed up once a week—not too much to be annoying, but not too little where we felt forgotten. Every time he rang, I had another change/request to make to our door. He worked with me and I never got the sense that I was bothering him by my many changes. When I was ready to order, he clarified something to me that was a deal breaker. The stable door we were about to buy could not be outward opening like we wanted. I thought this was incredibly honest and noble, because as a salesman, he could have sold me the door anyway and left me to get upset at the fitting. But I REALLY respected the honesty. We need more people like this and more respectable businesses like this. We ended up not going with them this time, but I was SO happy with their service, that I have already recommended them to people and will definitely go to them in the future.

An old front door lock seized up and the whole door looked dilapidated so we decided to replace. The website gave good options and the visualization turned out to be accurate. Good customer support and fitting was fast and efficient. We're very happy with the result.

I was worried when I 1st ordered as thought it seemed cheap, but v impressed

From start to finish the whole process was professional, efficient and great quality door at a great price. The fitter was brilliant kept the work space clean and tidy and good quality workmanship. Would recommend and return to UK Composite doors without hesitation.

Door arrived but It had to carry the very heavy door in on my own, not happy, door not fitted yet, so further review when fitted next week, looks O On in the wrapping
