From the first phone call to the very end it has been a professional service without fault. All of our personal items were expertly packed and loaded for shipment. The container arrived 5 weeks later on schedule in Kazakhstan and all of the items were in excellent condition.

Moving is never easy and especially from Montpellier to Derbyshire. However, Benjamin couldn't have been more helpful and was always punctual. Lifting, packing, he just got on with it. His limited English didn't prove to be an issue and the lorry was soon cleared. What great service and great value.

I moved to a new house from Manchester, England to Östersund, Sweden. Excellent communication throughout the process and were very helpful in determining the size and type of moved required with competitive pricing.

Moving truck was delayed a couple of hours on the day of pickup due to traffic in England, and they kept myself informed when it would arrive. Quick turnaround from pick up to delivery with follow communication to ensure everything went well with the move.

We got a very quick and reasonable quote and then a lot of pro-active follow-ups, high availability over the phone and, most importantly, professional drivers that were on time. We will not go anywhere else for our next move. Highly recommended.

Nothing to complain about. Reasonable pricing, someone to talk to when needed (Nigel in my case), shipment from the UK to Portugal arrived slightly earlier than expected, collection and delivery teams very pleasant. Would definitely recommend it.

I was very relieved when everything went well. Nigel was helpful and reassuring over the phone when planning the move and the team on the day was quick and competent.

All went very well in the end with just a hiccup regarding some items being sent to Toronto and returned rather than staying in Vancouver (this added 3 weeks to the shipment time). The packing was very good with only one cup broken and it was also good that we were able to receive our goods at the customs office at Victoria airport (we were worried for a while that we would have to go to Vancouver). It would have been helpful to be told in advance more details of the Canadian customs arrangements and that we should have had our form stamped when we first arrived in Calgary.
