The office team were responsive and answered all my calls and messages in the days leading up to the move. They gave frequent updates on arrival time. The moving team from the beginning were polite, cheery and very efficient and fast. They got all my stuff moved in in record time. Perfect!

I wish I'd read all the negative reviews about this company on their google review page before booking them. Unfortunately I'd have to rate this company extremely low due to the amount of time the job ended up taking. Although the two men were very nice and friendly, the job should not have taken 7 hours. I was literally moving a ten minute drive away, and in addition to boxes only had two large items (a washing machine and bed). The method used was one of the men loaded the van while the other carried one box at a time up and dwn the stairs, which was ridiculous. The job ended up costing me £555 when I was originally quoted £179 for two hours. The company advised the job cost extra because it took longer than expected due to having stairs (despite when quoting me advising that I would not be charged more for having stairs, and that there would be no hidden costs). I feel it took 7 hours because of the method used. Having one guy doing the bulk of the carrying, lifting one box at a time, wasted a lot of time.

The gentlemen were quick, organised and careful handling the different items.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this removal company, particularly their poor customer service and lack of communication.
On 28/02/26, the team arrived three hours late, despite the fact that I had already been asked the day before to change my booking from the morning to the afternoon to accommodate them. Even after adjusting my schedule, they still failed to arrive on time. What’s worse, I was never informed of the delay—I had to chase them myself. When I finally got through, there was no genuine apology offered.
The only positive part of this experience was the delivery team. The movers were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful when dismantling and handling our belongings. They even informed us that they had already notified the office about the delays, which makes the lack of communication from the office even more frustrating.
Unfortunately, the office staff and phone operators represent the company very poorly. Their customer service skills are lacking, and they seem uninterested in resolving issues.
The biggest issue is that I was charged in advance for a parking ticket due to private parking at my address, yet no ticket was ever provided. Chasing this has been an absolute headache. Every time I contact them, I’m told they will “speak to the driver manager,” but nothing ever happens. It has now been over 14 days—well beyond the timeframe they promised—and I am still waiting. My most recent call ended with them hanging up on me, which is completely unacceptable.
All I am asking for is simple: provide the ticket that I was charged for, or have someone take responsibility and follow up properly.
I am genuinely upset by how I have been treated. This experience highlights how important communication and customer care really are.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company if you want to save yourself the stress, frustration, and time spent chasing basic information.

Save yourself some money and go elsewhere. They have caused damages to most of our belongings, and then asked for a lot more money. I genuinely believe the reviews on here are fake, because we have had a friend who’s used them too, and have had the same expierencing. They’ve only recently started getting positive reviews which is quite odd.

All our things packed up very quickly with no fuss. Very friendly service from Krasi and Chris!
