It was fast, easy and flexible. The people are supportive and kind and friendly. I could not recommend them more !!!!! They made the stress less and helped put a lot thank u !!!!!!

Before:
Easy to contact, and happy to clarify various questions whilst I was figuring out if they were a good match. Price was also competitive, with flexibility of various quotes based on size of van, number of people etc.

Day of moving:
2 lovely chaps arrived early, and after taking a look at the items, they made a plan on what goes where and got on with it.
Were flexible with taking a copy of the key to start the unloading before I got there.
Went the extra mile with a couch that was difficult to remove and get into the 2 properties.

Overall had a very positive experience, would definitely use again if needed in future.

Excellent service and well priced. The chap sent was courteous and methodical with loading the van to maximise space and safety of my items which took alot of stress off the move. Thanks very much

It was a hot day, guys did a good job. And put furniture back. I can’t fault them in anyway this is a hard job will re use them again if needed.

DO NOT EMPLOY!!!! awful people to deal with, quoted me, then tried putting pressure on for more money the following day, my furniture was damaged, awful company!!! use them at ur own risk!!!

Very efficient and swift execution

The guys that helped did a fantastic job, loading and unloading, making sure everything was handled with care. The price was very reasonable as some quotes I received were almost double. They made a very stressful time very easy and cost effective.

The experience was great. Quick service and great communication. They really saved me when a last minute cancelled left me feeling really anxious

I had a big move planned, from Sunderland to Devon, and I was really anxious about using a removals company, but everything with Changing Keys was amazing and made the process a huge relief. The communication was really good, they asked the cheapest quote I'd found so far and beat it, and let me choose the arrival time for the van (I booked a few weeks in advance). The van arrived on time, my stuff was stored in the van securely and made it the 7 hour drive all in one piece, the driver did the journey straight down, and got to my new home a little before I did, where my boyfriend was waiting to help unload.
