I've just completed the 18-day (9 weekends) "NLP Practitioner & Coach Certification" course. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's been genuinely transformative for me.

Tony, Mel, Chris and the team are expert in their subject matter, and the course is well-designed to build on each previous piece of learning.

There is SO much opportunity to practice built in to the course, that the learning really sinks in, and you're encouraged to start coaching early in the course to deepen your experience.

The amount of coaching practice and feedback you get through the course is amazing, but also the amount of coaching you get as course members practice on each other is huge. That amount of coaching is worth the course fee in itself!

On top of that, I've built some real friendships with others on the course over the last 6 months, and will stay in touch over the years to come.

If I had one regret, it would be about my own behaviour - I didn't start coaching clients as soon as Tony recommended, because I wanted to wait and complete more of the course. Entirely my fault, I was encouraged to start coaching early! As with all courses, the more you put into this, the more you'll get out.

The other advice I'd give is that this is a live course. Although the weekends are recorded, you'll miss out on so much if you don't attend live and get the practice. So treat it as a firm commitment to attend live when you sign up.

I studied for, and successfully completed, the ILM L7 Executive Coaching & Mentoring with UK College of Personal Development and I'd recommend them to you for any programme you might choose to enrol on.
Everyone on the team is approachable, friendly and supportive. My learning experience was fully online, starting it as I did, mid-pandemic, but I never once felt that I was missing out on interaction with Tony, Mel and the rest of the UKCPD staff. I always felt that I belonged. I felt as if I'd known them for years, and often had to remind myself that I was not their own student, such was the friendly support I received.
Investing in your personal development not something taken lightly - I appreciate that - but having UKCPD on that journey with you will make it so worthwhile. It'll be worth it, in so many ways

A great experience from beginning to end. Tony, Mel and the team guided me through the process, step by step. The online workshops worked really well and there were plenty of resources provided at every stage to ensure you got the correct tuition and input to be able to deliver what was needed.

I had previously taken an online course and passed my Master Practitioner, but my experience with Tony and the team was another level, the combination of course work and live co-horts made it all much easier to achieve the qualification. I really enjoyed my experience with UKCPD. As a new coach at the time, I found the material interesting and challenging but also easy to follow, delivered by knowledgeable and helpful facilitators. The team were always responsive and supportive while the sessions were engaging and interesting, all being held online. I still attend the coaching practice groups as I've met some great coaches in the group and find the sessions super helpful. I would highly recommend UKCPD for those looking to complete a coaching qualification.

I highly recommend the UKCPD for their remote ILM7 Diploma course. The course is well-structured and delivered in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for students to understand and apply the knowledge and skills they learn. The remote learning format was highly convenient for me, allowing me to study at my own pace and from any location.

All of my experiences with UKCPD have been exemplary. The delivery of training, the thought provoking and often life perspective changing content and concepts have helped shape my career and outlook. Tony and the team are generous with their time and shoot and you know they do it for the greater good and to spread positivity and sport out into the world. Trust I stranger when I say you will not regret what you can learn about yourself and others by getting involved.

I got great one on one tutor experience, with supervision.The team really offer a lot of extra content and cpd opportunities. There were lots of opportunities for stretch and challenge. Free AOC membership for first year. Tony and his team go the extra mile. I completed in just over 6 months as I got regular and supportive feedback and timely marking of my work. The course online content and portal are easy to navigate. This was all on line and virtual, with group learning you could join for the coaching but was still a great experience. Would highly recommend!

After a terrible experience, Tony went out of his way to allow us to join his coaching college. Highly proffesional, an array of different trainers, and just down to earth good people. Tony is highly respected in the world of NLP and you will level up and gain a lot out of his training, both personally and professionally.

ILM Level 5
Great experience studying for the ILM Level 5 with UKCPD. My tutor was encouraging, supportive and made the expectations clear for all of the assignments which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was such a positive experience that I decided to complete my NLP Practitioner certification with them following this. Another immensely positive experience. I will consider the Master NLP Practitioner or ILM Level 7 in the near future. Excellent training and value for money and I would recommend to anyone considering or developing their coaching skills/career.

I completed my NLP Practitioner and Coach Certification through the UK College of Personal Development as an Live, interactive online course. From the start of the course I felt welcome. As part of a group of almost 20 other students, Tony and his team done a fantastic job facilitating our learning and ensuring that we were all involved throughout. The course was truly life changing, it gave me a great range of tools to help my own awareness and personal development as well as the opportunity to help support others.
The course was brilliantly split into bite size modules, giving lots of time for learning, practicing and self reflection and always allowing time for as many questions as we wanted to ask. The way the course was ran really suited my way of learning. Tony and his team also recorded all the days of learning so we had the opportunity to watch the sessions back through to help cement any key learning points.
I'd highly recommend anyone who wants any level of personal development, to visit the UK College of Personal Development.

Studying remotely can be challenging but UKCPD provided everything I needed to work through the course material and complete. Access to my tutor online was great and I received a lot of support and guidance as I proceeded. Regular practice sessions helped with developing skills and meeting others on similar courses, and the ILM group facilitated quite a bit of interaction and help between students enabling each to move forward.
I'd happily sign up again!
