Recently completed the ILM Train the trainer course with Ralph, fantastic course extremely well designed and led by Ralph, explained what is required and how to achieve best results. The content of the course was excellent and delivered very easily to be able to follow, Ralph went into great detail to explain the content around each module. Ralph was very patient with group. Overall a fantastic course and one that I would highly recommend.

One of the best experiences I have had with training to date! After attending the 5 day Master Training course with Ralph, my understanding and skills on how to deliver effective and engaging training sessions has massively improved. I feel much more confident in my training capabilities and am excited to bring these forward into the real-world. Ralph himself is a clear expert in his field - made you feel at ease straight away, was extremely engaging throughout (the days flew by!), and was even able to tailor his material to suit my needs!

I attended the 2 day ILM Train the Trainer course and had such a positive experience - Ralph was a fantastic trainer and I learned as much from watching him engage with the room, as I did from the actual training content. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. I learned so much in 2 days, and it was great to be able to free myself from PowerPoint while still being able to deliver effective training. Great for either new trainers or to refresh skills for experienced trainers.

I had the privilege of attending a Professional Trainer Techniques session with Scott. It was an outstanding experience and Scott demonstrated unprecedented dedication to teaching presentation techniques and using/teaching questioning techniques to multiply learner engagement.

I had an amazing learning experience over the course. I only wish the course was longer so I could have learnt more from Scott. He's years of experience is evident in every aspect of he's teaching. Scott did a great job of tailoring he's knowledge to fit into my areas of work which i really valued and helped embed the knowledge. The training also gave a lot of validation for the aspects of training I already am implementing.
