As a first time buyer from Olight.com, there was a free gift of an i3E EOS Black and to my delight, they sent the Dream Blue instead.
Most aesthetically pleasing.
Quality is unsurpassed at a extremely reasonable price, light weight for easy carry with sufficient light output for general usage and the gist of the matter is, they always simply work without any issues.
I am already using an i3E EOS red prior to purchase.

Warranties are honoured
Purchased a number of Olight flashlights from various sales on the Olight store over the last few months, delivery speeds and checkout experience was great.
Unfortunately one of the flashlights had a small issue with its switch, while not non functional, was not desirable operation. On contact with Olight support the flashlight was replaced when they had available new stock this understandably took a few months due to the colour choice being very popular, the customer service representative did offer an alternate colour but I was prepared to wait for the colour I wanted and originally purchased. These flashlights really are something else and customer service is good at getting to a great solution. Happy to recommend Olight store and their flashlight products.

No loyalty
Such a shame the company only looks after new customers and not loyal existing ones. as my son-in-law was offered a 50% reduction on an expensive torch and when I wanted one I had to pay full price.

These torches are superbly created, the brightness and also different lighting options with many variations make this the only go to brand for hand held light. From the cheapest to the most expensive, you won’t be disappointed, in fact you may turn into a collector. The customer service is also exceptional with a very active social media presence

Great value products with the sale. Quality is exceptional i use them in SAR to supplement our issued kit. Good run time and ease of use.
