I ordered an Olight AA and AAA battery chargers back in December, but I never received the items, and DPD sent it back to Olight. Olight initially responded by email, saying they would refund me, and I have all the evidence in their email response confirming this. However, five months later, I'm still chasing the refund.

Just goes on and on. Won’t repair my £100 torch but offer me a minor discount off a new one. 74 year old ill customer. Eventually increase this to a 25% discount providing I buy it from Guangdi Digital Store- assumedly some Chinese Company that I can’t find anywhere. Have given up. Will try and find a UK made one which lasts. Really?- £100 for a Chinese made torch which packs up and can’t be mended?

Olight offered a 10% discount for new customers which I accepted and purchased a balder pro r. After some more research I realised I could have had a 20% discount, which customer services were extremely helpful with. Recommend this company for this alone, but the product was also great.

Great customer service, I ordered an i3E keychain light and it feels very well made, but I had some issues with the light after a few days. After contacting customer support, they responded within 1 day and got me sorted

I can’t praise this company enough! I have been an Olight customer for the best part of 10 years. I have a number of their flashlights, and Olight Tom and the team from Ireland (not active anymore unfortunately) were responsible for getting me into these products at the expense of other light companies. Anyway, that said, things can sometimes go wrong (especially when you own so many that get a lot of use) and on two separate occasions I needed warranty work doing (both torches were nearly 5 years old) I was offered up to date replacements on both occasions, with a very streamlined customer service support. I’ve bought Olight torches direct from their website, but also through Amazon, in either occasion I was looked after in the same way. Great company, great customer service and fantastic products. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for flashlights.

My two wishes for this company going forwards would be to make the promotional campaigns more attractive like they used to be; it used to feel like the old promos were something to get excited about and that there were genuine incentives to buy brand new releases because you thought you were getting a good deal. Secondly, more high powered lights - to take on Imalent! More LEP lights, to break some range records!

Can’t give 5 stars because I thought my baton was too expensive and it stopped working. However when I contacted o light with only the serial number as proof of purchase they sent me a prepaid printable address label to return my faulty light and a new one was with me in a few days. Friendly and easy to deal with.

I had a Baton 4 premium torch die on me. I spoke to product support and they sent me a replacement without any hassle!

Having bought Olight gear before I knew i was buying quality with my 2nd EDC pen the 'O'pen3 Glow'. So user-fruendly, reliable with specs that are right up there.

way over priced Chinese crap and the staff are more then unhelpful, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews they are from the mugs that collect there little torches like good drones 👎🏻

I have been waiting for a while to pick up some torches from Olight and they don’t disappoint. Working for the police and using the products come hand in hand. Always in need of great reliable light and they don’t disappoint.

From searching vast areas to the smallest hiding spots, the products are great and I’ll keep coming back.

It takes very good service for me to write a review. I bought a Perun 2 head torch a few years back and the user interface started failing. I emailed customer service, they got back to me pretty quickly. After sending a description of the fault they sent me a brand new unit, unsealed in the box. The new Perun 2 works brilliantly. Good show!

I have 3 Olight products now, so I am a bit of a fan. I did have a problem with my Olight head torch recently when I started using again and I have to say the customer service from Olight UK was also exceptional.

I loved all the Options and that they was giving away free gifts This Halloween really cool event for new members etc, Professional

I have ordered many items from olight in the past, the Javelot Turbo, Warrior X Pro, Pelun 2 (twice) and this time I have ordered a replacement battery for my Warrior X Pro. However I was disappointed at the postage being as expensive as it was for a battery (just under £5) and that was on Saturday. It is now the following FRIDAY, and still no sign of my item being delivered. C'mon Olight, you can do better than that! Very poor.
