I have only had good experiences with warranty and customer service, even after USPS admitted to delivering my package at the wrong address talked to them and literally in 5 min they sent me a invoice for my second replacement no questions asked

The Worst Customer Service of any Chinese Based Companies! Any issues with Warranty and Olight is MIA! No Live Support ( as they claim on their website), No Email Support, No Phone Support! So anything goes wrong with any Olight Products with their “ Lifetime Warranty “ and a Customer is on his/her own! It’s a Big Scam of a company! Their “ Service Center “ is in China!

£100 on an Olight Warrior. Assume that they should last a lifetime.

the only thing olight cares about is there Facebook people where you can only post pics of olights and never say anything bad ever or you will get kicked out, and you will get a different response depending on who you talk to all telling you just what you want to hear and offer you a free gift just so you won't complain

Bought flight arkflex ,Bought because I was hoping for premium quality for a fair amount. Fits great in my pocket for everyday use ,electrician/ plumber first few months great excellent features. But now when I turn it on just comes on really low doesn't respond to switch so have to hit it to get it to function. So will be look at a different manufacturer

ho fatto un ordine di sei torce e due sono pervenute senza il cavo per la ricarica, nonostante abbia scritto quattro volte al sevizio clienti mi rispondono sempre di rimandare indietro a mie spese le torce. servizio pessimo non comprerò più da loro. quanto scritto posso dimostrarlo con lo scambio di mail se volete. molto meglio anche in qualità la LEDLENSER.

After breaking a few pen lights that died within a day, I tried this one out and don’t regret it a single bit, this thing is sick. I don’t have a single complaint with it at all.

The charger is super strong, I can wave the light near it and it’ll snap together and not come off.

I expected it to be decently bright but DAMN, the brightest setting lit up a whole room and did not drop a charge while trying it out which I expected. It got a tiny bit warm but nothing to worry about, it’s fair for how much light it’s putting out. Being able to lock it is super useful too so it won’t turn on in my pocket.

The metal and build is super nice, very comfortable in hand. I can actually tell that the charger and light is made very well. Haven’t been able to test how waterproof it is (thankfully).

I haven’t been able to use it outside of testing it yet but the magnet is going to be INSANELY useful work working on cars where I can just stick it on metal and have a super bright light aiming wherever needed. It sits in my pocket feeling like no more than a Milwaukee fastback.

Yes, you need one, fantastic value for money.
