Rude and unhelpful customer service…

Rude and unhelpful customer service based in China, with representatives who barely speak English. Their Facebook group is heavily moderated to control the narrative, leaving customers with no way to express genuine concerns or bring issues to management’s attention.

Accusations of theft during the return process are both ridiculous and highly unprofessional. The logistics company they use, 4PX, is equally unreliable, matching the poor service of their customer support.

Save yourself the trouble — do not waste your time expecting improvement or accountability. Please don’t bother replying with the usual scripted apology; those responses are disingenuous and part of the facade. You’ve had countless opportunities to improve and have simply ignored them. It’s clear you do not value loyal customers.

I can't possibly give you more than 1…

I can't possibly give you more than 1 star based purely on how annoying you are to buy from. I bought six spheres on special offer and some other things. A DAY later I was going to order another 4 spheres and they all changed price again. Unbelievably frustrating. If you have an offer price for god's sake,leave it for a few days

Expensive trash

I bought the flashing dog/rucksack light.
1 week and it fell apart. Hardly a steal at 25 pounds. A complete rip-off.
I tried to leave a negative review on their website, shock horror, it didn't appear.
I like your reply.

Ai filters the reviews on your website?
They're not a true reflection of opinion then, are they?

I emailed 5 days ago.
No response from th3m, so their customer service on. a level with their products

I've seen the Light!

I've seen the Light!
Olight that is. Olight torches are amazing. So impressed with the Olight imini i bought more for family members. Genius designs. I then bought the Olight baton4 premium through there members offers, and so glad i did. Even the packaging is premium quality. Whether its for lighting up a workspace or fending off attackers with the strobe, i doubt you'll be disappointed.

You won’t be disappointed

This is a review for many orders. Amazing brand and an amazing company. From picking which items you want to delivery and everything in between is a breeze. The CS is by far the best team I have ever dealt with, this really is a top quality company. The best part is, the products they make are beyond expectations. There will be many more shopping experiences to come that’s for sure!

Silly Magnetic Charging cables

This company produces very well made torches, probably some of the best in the world. However, for some reason, the company seems to be sticking to their ludicrous magnetic charging cable. When every other modern company has adopted the USB-C cable for recharging devices, they have stuck with their magnetic charger. Hopefully the EU will make them start using the USB-C charging cable like they made Apple. When I was camping, I unfortunately damaged my magnetic charging cable. The torch became useless after the charge ran out. I found a local paper shop and asked them “I don’t suppose you sell Olight magnetic charging cables do you?” and his reply was “I don’t know what they are, but we do have some USB-C charging cables!”. Of course, I already had a USB-C cable in the car because they are now part of modern technology. I’m sure Olight will say “You can charge the seeker 4 pro through a USB-C charging port on the holster!”. Please, modernise and accept that USB-C is the future!.

The best you can buy

I’ve been buying Olight products for years. My first being the s80 baton.
The quality of this torch is amazing and is still working 11 years on.
Since then I have bought probably 10 more torches from this amazing company.
If you’re ever considering one of these products..just buy it you won’t be disappointed.

Olight sets the benchmark.

I have bought a few items from Olight, my opinion of them is very high, after using a few different brands I can say that Olight sets the benchmark when it comes to practical use, high quality and reliability. Innovative ideas that really do make a difference to the way we light our way in life. Customer service is very good and responsive, and the website is easy to use, clearly laid out, an all round great experience.

Great products & great service

I am something of a fan of Olight products. Partly due to Olight's innovation. I have bought a couple of Olight Oclips and a couple of Olight Oclip Pros. These are beautiful designed and put together, work faultlessly and their compact size and high performance works well for me in a work scenario. I am also very impressed with Olight's customer service, it is absolutely faultless and everything one could wish for, so 5, well deserved, stars.

My first olight pro came with a flat…

My first olight pro came with a flat battery and would not charge, this was swiftly replaced with a new one and I can honestly say that this little torch is my daily goto, it goes everywhere with me it's so handy for the work I do

Olight products are the best!

Olight are a wonderful company and my latest thing i nought from olight was 3 refill cartridges for my amazing o'pen mini 2 as I bought pen in amazon uk. This pen is so small it'll fit into any small pocket. Feels great when writing.
These 3 refill cartridges from olight will be used but it's great to know you can buy them again and again. Web site could do with a zoom to make letters and words bigger as I found it hard to see but I managed. Olighy service was quick and easy to know.
I have bought flashlights from olight.in past and i think Olight seeker 4 pro baton 4 prenium and marauder mini are top notch flashlights. Seeker 4 pro is fantastic light for out doors use.

Bit of a let down

Torch is great happy with that but iv gone through a horrendous amount of USB charger ports in my car cigarette lighter port because it only has c class ports in it being a new car. I can't find an olight magnetic c class wire charger on their site its infuriating but at this point I'd be better going and buying a different torch because im out and about in the car all day and need to charge it in the car constantly so because of this I wouldn't recommend buying 1 sorry guys its been nothing but trouble. I drive a 25 plate golf r its not the car iv tried easily 10,12 diff cigarette charging port makers ( other things work in it ) they all have the same issue ..... won't charge my olight

Non existent customer service in the uk .hopeless

I bought a oerun 2 and perun 3 head lamps in the last 18 months .
Both have now got brown bubbled lenses with the heat on full brightness.
It is obvious to me the components used in the lens are not good enough.

I have tried to contact olight uk througjh their web pages.
They are absolutely useless.
No links work , you end up going around in circles.
There is no contact phone number avaiable either.

Poor poor poor company .
Avoid at all costs.

Non existent customer service

I purchased the prowess torch, having purchased torches from Olight in the past, I was aware of the high quality torches Olight makes/sells. The cost is probably debatable, but they are excellent torches. My recent purchase is faulty and has been since receiving it. Demonstrating that quality control is non existent. Making the cost even more debatable. If you are selling high quality products, surely it should be sent in full working order. It is very unlikely that the torch developed the fault in transit, the packaging is at a high level and the fault isn't something that could happen by simply dropping the package.
I immediately contacted Olight through their online email service. Took 3 days to reply, asking for further information. I sent that information 5 days ago and been simply ignored. I even sent a reminder, but nothing. Customer service is awful and diabolical. During these days you can't speak to anyone, which is annoying. I am aware of my fights as the consumer, but if the company refuses to respond, what else can you do, except writing a bad review.
