I received one of my items shattered and this company responded within minutes and got my replacement taken care of. That makes me want to do more business with them. The gummies were fantastic. The strawberry watermelon flavor is pretty good. Can't wait to try the blue spirulina and raspberry flavor.

This is my 2nd order and I can tell the difference taking the True Sea Moss. My hips, knees and shoulders don’t hurt like it did. I also noticed I wasn’t having the leg cramps like I was. The only thing is my 2nd shipment another jar was broken during the shipping but thankfully they are replacing it with jot problems. Just send pictures and they replace it.

It has been a bit frustrating but customer service alone has kept me hopeful and willing to wait. They have been wonderful. All questions and concerns are answered clearly and quickly. Great costumer service
I had just started using the sea moss gel and hadn’t even used it a week and I accidentally dropped the jar when I was going to open it. And it shattered ruining all of the product. I contacted the company and they were super easy to contact and talk to. And they got me a new jar sent right away!

My experience with this true semos is the first time experience. The cherry seymours was my favorite out of the mango and pineapple Seymour. I loved it. It was easy to digest and it didn't last long in my refrigerator because I was always taking a tablespoon or 2 all day long. I ate half the jar in 3 days. Which I was upset because I wanted to to last longer. But I could not stop myself from eating it. I think that one is the best out of all of the flavors. My opinion and it came excellently wrapped

Everytime I have an issue they are prompt and helpful. I had a jar break before it arrived and they made it right asap. I had the wrong subscription setup and they canceled the on that shipped and offered to help me set up the correct one. Love the mango pineapple and blue rasp spirulina. Great morning ritual!!
