I had several active recurring subscriptions and Alex from the chat group assisted me and she was outstanding and patient and helped me by reaffirming and clarifying two subscriptions were canceled and only one will remain active and my order would be as I requested. Thank you Alex and thank you True SeaMoss. Your product and your chat group team is awesome with great customer service. I really appreciate the patience and thorough clarification. Now! I’m waiting to try the two new flavors I just received today so I’ll be back to give another reviews on the Peach&Pear flavor and the elderberry flavor. But the mango & pineapple flavor is delicious and I love that one for sure, even the texture of the gel product is smooth and favorable. I had one of my jars of sea moss arrive broken in the package. I reached out to the customer service chat feature online and was able to upload a picture of my broken product. The customer service representative was apologetic, understanding, and put in a replacement jar to be shipped out immediately.

Quick to respond to an issue!
I received one of my items shattered and this company responded within minutes and got my replacement taken care of. That makes me want to do more business with them. The gummies were fantastic. The strawberry watermelon flavor is pretty good. Can't wait to try the blue spirulina and raspberry flavor.
