This is a very early review as I just put my first shipped 3 pack of jars on my counter and opened them to find on broke and leaking. They shipped it thru Amazon so that makes total sense. Anyway, immediately I contacted support at SeaMoss and within a couple minutes Alex had already replied! We worked it out to replace the broken bottle ,no questions asked(I did originally supply a couple photos). Very impressed with how fast and customer friendly my response was from Alex. Very solid experience that you don't get a lot these days. I'll be sure to get back here for an actual review of how the product works but so far I'm impressed with this company.

I have only had one jar arrive broken since starting the subscription which the AI support was easy to use in order to request a replacement.

What a great company. Fast shipping. One of my jars was busted and they answered right away and didn't take any time to ship out another one. I love companies that keep their customers as a priority to make them happy. The sea moss is delicious also. I will be ordering again. Thank you

So far, not for me.
I received the seamoss right before leaving for a work trip. I took a bottle with me as I wanted to start immediately. While away and upon returning home I took 2 tbsps of gel straight from the bottle by mouth. I have to be honest the gel makes me gag. It is like having slime in your mouth. I have to say the flavor of the Mango Pineapple is much better than the Raspberry one (which I forced down) but the consistency is not for me. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant changes or benefits myself. Since I purchased 3 bottles at my initial order, I’m determined to finish them to see what benefits I will experience. I’m not interested in placing another order until I can see the results. I’m half way thru bottle 2 so I’ll come back to update this review once I am half way thru bottle 3.

Superfood is the exact word for this product
My husband only been on the gel for 2 days now he has been a lot of pains from blood pressure pills and he's feeling way better than he did before he took this product so we are going to stick with this forever and ever and ever thank God for true sea moss

Love my seamoss
I've been ordering my 3 jars of seamoss for almost a year now and I love the fact that I can track my order. It comes individually wrapped in cold bags and I love the taste. I also love the quick response I receive when I need to make any changes. Great product and customer support, I will continue to order with this company

I just wanted to try this product and ended up with the subscription from hell. I have tried to cancel for two months and keep getting it. They don’t refund and they don’t allow take returns. This company sucks.
