Ok I made a order for two jars didnt realized it was a reoccurrent order and couldn't pay for the second order at the time , these people gave me back my money with no problem the second order came today with no return label, and after letting then know it came today I was told to keep the seamoss ,wow now once my funds get back on track I will return its so dam good and good for your body, please take my word its some of the Best I've ever had 💯🙏🏿☯️

Everytime I have an issue they are prompt and helpful. I had a jar break before it arrived and they made it right asap. I had the wrong subscription setup and they canceled the on that shipped and offered to help me set up the correct one. Love the mango pineapple and blue rasp spirulina. Great morning ritual!! Customer support
So this was my first order and I haven't even had a chance to try the product yet. My first order arrived with a broken jar. I scanned the label on the box and literally was chatting with someone and they were able to locate my order, I was able to upload pictures and they immediately processed a replacement. I am extremely pleased with that level of support. I hope this is an example of what is the norm and not the exception. I'll come back to review the product once I have a chance to use it for a while.

In all my years of dealing with customer service for various reason's, this has hands down been my best experience. Every question was answered in a timely manner and I didn’t feel questioned. My experiences with True Moss have been Awesome! Delivers are shipped with care . Our initial order came individually nestled in their quality glass jars, encased in individual bubbled pouches. Unfortunately, upon arrival one jar was cracked, but replaced and reshipped without any difficulty. Autoshipping allows for additional discount prices to be offered and modifications are also allowed for delicious flavors offers!
Highly recommend that you consider trying if you're researching various seamoss gels!

The taste of the product is great. I can take it alone without an after taste or having to mix it with another ingredient. I love that the products arrive on time without any issues. A few months back I received my seamoss. After opening the container it had been damaged in delivery and the jar was broken. Immediately after contacting customer service I received a new jar within days. Thank you for representing top notch service!!

Fast response and friendly
I ordered two jars of Sea Moss (Soursop and Mango Pineapple), one broke during shipping and they sent out a replacement right away. Definitely keeping these products in my daily routine!

Decided to try this. Just received it today, opened it and one of the jars had busted and had leaked all over. Started a chat straight away, provided the picture and information requested. Very nice customer service, is sending out a replacement jar and help me skip next month since I am just receiving my order.

One of my Jars arrived broken, they were very quick to help out and get the item replaced. All I did was submit a picture of the broken item and boom I have another one on the way. 10/10 customer service, which is greatly appreciated!
