Very prompt customer service as part of my order arrived crushed. I always take pictures and they added a replacement to the cue to fulfill my order. I purchased a jar of the mango pineapple in-store a few weeks ago and figured I would check out the website and buy direct. I ordered a mango pineapple, passionfruit, soursop, and the gummies.

I love the taste of the product. So far so good with the health benefits. One of my 2 jars were broken. Customer service quickly sent a new order. I have noticed a lot of people have had broken jars upon arrival. Should possibly rethink how your packing the jars.

I recently noticed I was being charged Monthly for the Sea Moss Gel. I only wanted to try it once to see if I liked it and I actually like their gummies better. So I reached out to True Sea Moss as soon as I saw and noticed a second jar was purchased automatically . They were very helpful and prompt and immediately refunded me and also assured me the subscription was canceled and were polite. I will continue to get their gummies in the future. I appreciate a company that is prompt and kind.

Great custservice!!
Have been taking 2 tablespoons of sea moss daily for a month. I have enjoyed the taste so far and as I am not able to be very mobile due to recent surgery, I am able to maintain my weight. But the best part is that in my last shipment, one of the bottles had broken and leaked in the box. A quick note to customer service and there is a new jar on the way!

My order was placed on Thursday and delivered by Saturday. 2 of my 4 jars arrived broken and within minutes of if contacting them a new order was placed and I was given a new confirmation #. The product is amazing , I purchased the electrolyte mango pineapple flavor and it really taste so good and had me feeling really good and hydrated , I stayed when I was 7mos pregnant and had been suffering from dehydration but now this true sea moss I’m doing a lot better with staying hydrated . My 1st order three bottle subscription…
My 1st order three bottle subscription delivery took longer than anticipated. Finally opened the box few days after delivery notice box damp possibly. A week later I finally opened the packaging and saw one of the jars was completely broken from the bottom inside. I went to the chat and got an instant a response back provided pictures and instantly got confirmation replacing that broken jar. Super excited and happy with the customer service and replacement.

Initially ordered Sea Moss and loved it! So I ordered another couple of jars.
Today received the order and one of the jars was damaged. I contacted them and within a few minutes they resolved my issue. Will be getting my damaged jar replaced as I am typing this review. They were apologetic and extremely pleasant! One of the quickest and painless resolutions I have had and wanted to thank them for their support getting my issue resolved.

Broken Jar Received
I received one of my jars broken. I scanned the QR code that was on the box and it took me straight to the option to chat with someone. I stated my issue and they offered to send a replacement of the same flavor free of charge. This is my first time buying True Sea Moss products however, their customer service alone has sealed me as a returning customer. Thank you for being so polite and understanding!
