The customer service shown by TLS has been the best I have experienced in a long while. Karen was really responsive to our needs, Barry was extremely knowledgeable and Tony was a really jolly crane lift operator. Whereas other companies were either unresponsive, asked too many questions before quoting or tried to charge us far too much money TLS were very reasonably priced and the standard of the work was excellent. I will definitely be using them again in future and they are highly recommended by me.

Highly recommended!! Karen and the team at Total Lifting are super helpful and supportive, particularly when, like me, you have no experience of crane hire. I needed to have a garden office craned over the house into my garden as there was no other access. Pete, the operator was calm experienced, and professional. Knowing exactly what to do, was also very flexible to the situation and easy to work with.
Overall was a great experience. You can trust these guys to take you through the whole process and get the job done!

I was vert pleased with the service I received both over the phone and on the day of using the crane contacted Total Lifting in the late afternoon to get a price for a crane to lift a hot tub over my house
They gave me a very good price and was able to do it the following morning.
The driver arrived well on time and was very friendly. He was very efficient and carried out exactly what was needed

We encountered a problem getting a hot tub down the side access. Our 24 year old daughter had a party the following day and the hot tub was part of her plans. Tony from Total Lifting arrived within half an hour and with efficiency and care resolved the situation. What I truly appreciated was the fairness cost wise. Your company knew I was desperate and could easily have taken advantage. They didn’t and for that I’m truly grateful. Thank you.
