We recently used Total Lifting Services for a boom hire after getting quotes from multiple local companies and finding them to be the most affordable.
The staff were so helpful with their recommendations of the type of equipment we would need and ensuring there would be no access issues prior to the job. They were always available through the phone and emails during the whole process to answer questions.
We will definitely be using their services again in the future

I recently used Total Lifting Services to remove our old hot tub from our garden and move in our new replacement tub. We live in central London (Chelsea) and the only access was over a three storey Mews house that backs onto our garden.
Karen (and Barry) at Total Lifting were extremely helpful and more than happy to answer my never ending list of (never hired a crane before) queries!
On the day I was called well in advance of arriving and Tony (the onsite manager) was so nice, friendly and polite. Tony and his colleague were professional and efficient ensuring the process went seemlessly, explaining what they were doing as they went.
They also kindly helped to manually lift the new tub to the next level in the garden.
I was absolutely delighted with the whole team and highly recommend Total Lifting for customer service, knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and safety (all done with a friendly smile!). Thank you :-)

It was an absolute joy to work with this company - from start to finish. I was in a tight spot to find a suitable crane for some works in my property and had already gone through a bad experience trying to work with the vendor promoted by my glass supplier - vastly overpriced and unresponsive. Total lifting was the polar opposite - a premium service from start to finish, from the budget to coordinating with the council and finally a flawless performance on the day of the works. All at very reasonable rates. Can't recommend enough.

Hiring a crane can be a stressful experience as so many factors and trades have to fall into place at the same time. Karen is very knowledgeable and made that process easy. On the day, Michael the driver was professional and personable, and everything went without a hitch. We have no problem recommending the team at Total Lifting Services Ltd.

I hired TLS to lift a prefab garden pod over my house and in to my garden. TLS was best priced out of 3 others in the area. Very friendly and professional crew, showed up exactly on time with the giant rig and put the pod in place with millimetric precision. Overall great experience

The team at Total Lifting honestly could not have been more helpful. They organised everything seamlessly for our crane lift despite everyone else messing them around - suppliers not delivering in time, council blocking most dates, etc. And then on the day itself they did a brilliant job lifting dozens of delicate glass, plants and garden supplies over a terraced house. Thanks to Barry and Karen for organising everything, and to Tony and Scottish for being so brilliant on the day.

The company and people are really great and they went above and beyond to get our silo offloaded and erected at our premises.
