Barry and his team are wonderful. We have never had an issue. They are prompt, polite and always helpful. We don't use anyone else if we can avoid it! We trust them to deliver the works and they always do it without complaint.

5 Stars - All the way. Good approachable staff in the office, very good communication and crane turned up on time and although lift went over by an hour, we were accommodated to finish all the crucial lifting.

Total Lifting were amazing throughout this job. It was for our family home and we needed three skylights lifted. Their communication was wonderful and it wasn't a problem when we had to change dates [because the skylights were delayed twice]. On the day, the job went so smoothly and professionally. I don't usually leave reviews, but was so impressed that I felt I must do so!

Barry Knapp’s team were very punctual and fully prepared by their v helpful boss. They arrived a few minutes early at a tricky location. They were cheerful quick and had a solution for every little thing. Even with the best preparation for a difficult lift there are usually unforeseens on the day. This team worked together like clockwork and lifted two extra items to oblige a slightly awkward custom (not me!) They were courteous and professional throughout
Also they came in at the best price I could find after calling 8 companies around central London. A good mornings work and overall a literally spectacular performance

Total lifting hoisted in rooflights for my neighbour and I in a quiet London Mews. Tony the driver operator arrived early for the lift and was very pleasant to deal with and very efficient with the lifting operations.
All done and would highly recommend.

We called Barry to arrange for our Hot tub to be lifted into our back garden. The driver 'Tony' turned up on time and was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired a crane to lift a hot tub into our garden. Barry was on time, very professional and did an amazing job moving our tub through telephone wires. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service provided by Total Lifting Service. Barry turned up early with more than adequate equipment. Made lifting an awkward, heavy to handle pizza oven look easy with his experience and expertise. Even helped me lift it into position on table himself after craning it over my house. Would absolute use again if required. Thanks Barry!

Great company , our jacuzzi was delivered and they could not get it into our garden. So we was left with a big problem....I was recommended Total lifting Services. Barry turned up the next day at 8.00 am with the crane . He set the crane up on our drive, it took around an hour to get the jacuzzi into our outhouse which is in a difficult position. He has 25 years experience!! I cannot recommend this company enough. If you want a jacuzzi or any large objects moving this is the company you should use .

What a great guy, Barry was really organized, he arrived 15 minutes ahead of time to set up on the drive. He had all the necessary lifting equipment and the job was completed within the hour. He even saved time for the hot tub people and got it straight to its final position on the decking without any additional handling. Great job.
