Office staff were easy to talk too, helpful, polite and understood our requirements.
Operator on site was very polite, nothing was a problem and he was very clean and tidy.

The crane operator arrived early, was friendly and delivered the steel beam over my three storey house into a place which had 12 cm leeway without a hitch. All done within 40 minutes.

When we found out that a delivery was too big to fit through our front entryway, my son found the solution of using Total Lifting to accomplish our goal. We are so glad that we chose this company because everything went perfectly.
From the first questions we had, Karen patiently helped us and coordinated with the timing of our delivery. She wasn’t at all bothered by our many emails and calls and was always polite, helpful and encouraging that our goal was possible. Tony was the crane operator extraordinaire who effortlessly manoeuvred his crane into our corner driveway, which just speaks of how much experience he has. He makes using the crane look so simple and easy, my son and I were astonished and delighted with not only his skill but also by his good natured personality and generous invitation to my son to have a go at the controls for a minute. A dream experience for a teenage lad indeed! Tony was able to lift the pallet delivery over our garden wall and down to the basement in seconds and even got it inside the room using the crane! We are forever grateful for Tony’s expertise and help in making this delivery a success. We were fascinated by watching him set up and take down the crane and were so impressed by how quickly and competently he did his job. If you need any kind of crane lifting done then look no further, Total Lifting will not disappoint! We would give it 10/10 if we could, not just 5 stars! Couldn’t do it without TOTAL LIFTING SERVICES. I had 6 rolls of artificial grass, each roll was around 1000 kg and they’ve done a perfect job, driver/operator was very helpful and professional. Very experienced and came with solutions during the lifting. Very happy. Thank you 🙏
