What a brilliant company to deal with-customer service is second to none.
Sample tiles arrived swiftly, and subsequently our selected tiles too. Packaging was secure (the driver even helped carry in the boxes).
Tiles were of excellent quality and very competitively priced. On completion of our project we were a few tiles short - this was very kindly rectified by one of the team members. Thanks everyone!
Will not hesitate to recommend to others and will gladly return for future projects.

Very poor experience with an order of 8 sq metres of Ocean Blue Metro Tiles.

When the order arrived, a significant number of tiles were damaged. At the company's request, we had to inspect every single tile in the order individually and photograph the damaged ones. After spending several hours doing this, we identified 185 damaged tiles.

To their credit, Top Ceramics did arrange replacement tiles and expedited delivery to minimise delays. However, the replacement shipment also contained around 50 damaged tiles.

The damaged tiles caused disruption to our bathroom project, delayed completion of the work, and required a considerable amount of time inspecting, sorting and managing the issue. We also incurred additional costs as trades had to return to complete the work at a later date.

Throughout the process, I felt the company focused heavily on the cost they were incurring to rectify the problem rather than the inconvenience and disruption experienced by the customer. Despite the scale of the issue and the fact that the replacement shipment also contained damaged tiles, the only compensation reluctantly offered was a refund of 50% of the original delivery charge.

The bathroom was ultimately completed using a combination of acceptable tiles from both deliveries, but the overall experience fell well below what I would expect when ordering tiles for a renovation project.

I appreciate that replacement tiles were supplied, but based on my experience I would never order from Top Ceramics again and certainly won't be recommending them to others.

I have had the best experience so far. Sadly I do not know the name of the very helpful member of staff who has been assisting me however customer service has been second to none. There was a delay with the delivery of my sample tile at no fault of the company, however I received photos ( several from different angles) of the tile with many others I was interested in along with a second tile that this lovely man thought matched my description of what I was looking for. I have placed an order that all my family are happy with and have been notified that my selected next day delivery is all in place. I am so happy with the help I received and cannot thank you enough. I know where I am going for my kitchen tiles and floor tiles for the rest of my refurb project. Thank you so much!

Couldn’t be happier with my tiles from TOP CERAMICS! I was looking for something a bit special, and the sparkly tiles are honestly stunning. They’ve completely transformed the bathroom and WC and everyone who comes over asks where they’re from. Alex was great throughout the whole process, really helpful and easy to deal with. I found ordering these tiles super easy online, they arrived within a couple of days by DHL, tracking reference sent to track delivery. I was a couple of tiles short with some breakages (by my tiler-not on delivery) , and Patryk sent me out a handful FOC, super helpful.
The tiles I chose were perfect, and the kitchen has a new lease of life, would highly recommend this company, everything about this purchase was easy.

Firstly- The exact tiles I wanted were cheaper here than elsewhere. When i searched the website they were out of stock, but following a quick phone call, I was advised they had arrived overnight and within two minutes the company had listed them online for me to place an order.

I had an issue with my Tiler which meant I needed to order further tiles. The company were very helpful and kindly offered me a small discount to help me out.

Brilliant!! We had been searching for the perfect tiles for our bathroom, like many on here we ended up knee deep in samples, relatively underwhelmed. However, We Recieved our samples from Top Ceramic (next day) and were impressed with the quality, they were beautiful so we placed an order for the full amount, There was an error with the delivery on our part so I called customer services and spoke to Patryk and explained our predicament, although they had already been shipped he expedited the service just in time! Very helpful and excellent service. Highly recommend!

We came across Top Ceramic tiles after we under ordered on several boxes from B&Q. They came to us and said they’re local to us and we can come and collect, Stated we could come down when we wanted and collect the remainder of the tiles that we needed! Absolutely no issues with them at all! We’ve got a number of rooms which will need tiling in the future and we’ll definitely be using these guys again!! Top service and and I guarantee top service always!! 10/10!

I bought the pink gloss metro tiles for my bathroom. They are very high quality, beautiful and look far more expensive than they are. I was so chuffed with them that I ordered 6m more for my kitchen, they look great, I was, however 2 tiles short. I contacted the company to see if I could purchase 2 tiles and they said they would send them to me, free.So not only do they have great products, which they deliver quickly, carefully packed but they are kind, generous and helpful too. Highly recommend, first class.

Initially ordered these beautiful tiles from b&q not realising I should have gone to top ceramics directly - especially now I know how local they are to me! I needed an extra couple of tiles and emailed them, they were more than happy to help me out - such wonderful customer service. Will be using them again when we need tiles for the porch, hallway & bathroom - we have a whole house to renovate!

I’ve used top ceramics now for quite a few jobs so thought it was time to leave a review. All the tiles I’ve had a true to size and packaged very well with none being broken even though I’ve ordered over 20 boxes now. I was even short by 6 tiles recently and they sent for free and sorted an issue out where I ordered the wrong tiles very quickly. All deliveries have all been done by DHL and spot on every time.
Would recommend top ceramics for your tiles and I will return for my furture projects.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team were incredibly helpful, actually answered the phone (rare these days!), and guided me through everything with genuine care.

I accidentally dropped and broke a few tiles after delivery, and without hesitation they sent out replacements completely free of charge. That level of customer service is almost unheard of.

The quality of the tiles is top-notch, and the delivery was next-day with extra secure packaging to make sure nothing got damaged.

A brilliant company to deal with – honest, reliable, and truly customer-focused. Highly recommend to anyone!

The first order I placed with them arrived on time (ordered through B&Q). Last week I ordered more of the same tiles, again through B&Q. Delivery was supposed to be Monday between 16.05 and 17.05. There was three of us in the house and yet at 16.39 they apparently tried to deliver! They left no card!! Rearranged for Tuesday and then Wednesday as they simply do not come! My builder has had to leave the job because he can’t do any more until the tiles arrive so they’ve now cost me time AND money! Can’t get to speak to anyone at Dhl, Top ceramics customer service is clueless and now I’ve just been cut off by B&Q after waiting 45 minutes on hold. I’m not sure which one of the three is worst but I will think twice before I use top ceramics again. Beware of B&Q marketplace too and it goes without saying that Dhl are a waste of time!!! Shocking!
