Easy website for ordering
Easy website for ordering. Good dimensions information for ordering toilet seat. Able to pick up from the outlet shop where there is plenty of parking and staff were very pleasant.

I thought the delivery was a long time…
I thought the delivery was a long time to receive goods. Box was a little battered and although reasonably pleased with the squeegee I thought it was a little cheap looking for the price and did think it could have included a spare rubber replacement or details of where to purchase them.

I purchased a mixer tap which was damaged during delivery ( by Evri).
Contacted customer service who dealt with it promptly and efficiently. They picked up the damaged tape and replaced it.

Terrible company who stole money from us with terrible customer service!
Do not buy from this company unless you enjoy spending money and not getting what you paid for. We ordered a vanity WITH a basin. They provided the vanity and never bothered sending the basin to go in it? They send on their email a message saying ‘ we scan every item so we never miss parts’ which is a blatant lie and we should’ve never trusted it. They refused to send out the missing basin because it was past their ‘very generous grace period’ and they are refusing to even help out and their only response is ‘ pay us an extra £70 and we will send another’ so they want more money when they never bothered sending the correct products out in the first place. Their customer service is rude and a waste of time: Charles enjoyed sending sad emojis instead of replying to my queries and messages.
They also use drop shipping so they’re basically a storefront for cheaper stores.

Product prices were fair early…
Product prices were fair early communication could have been better but from what I can gather they trade under different names like tap Wearhouse and beyond retail. Once we had sorted out the delivery it took a bit longer than expected for delivery via a third party and I wasn't impressed with the packaging/wooden framework.
I thought I had an issue with the shower tray not being flat as they tell you to check and take photos of it isn't, which I did and sent them with an email with the explanation.
No reply so I phoned a few days later in a queue for around 40 mins only to find the person could not really help with the issue.
Looked online and found the answer
Which is the they have a tolerance of 5mm which is a bit ambiguous as the trays come in various sizes. Also one thing I didn't realise is that if you fit the tray yourself (not a plumber or bathroom fitter) the warranty is void. Anyway you live and learn but you think by the time you get to 69 you would have learnt by now 😂

Item has arrived damaged
Item has arrived damaged. I raised this within half an hour of delivery but not had a response. Package was damaged but not at the part damaged and looks like it may have been sent this way. No response to query. Disappointed
