Choice of porcelain tiles and quantity needed. With relentless questions I needed answering.professional outfit and service looking forward to receiving my purchased order with the piece of mine product ordered will to the high standard and described. good service, but the delivery driver was very grumpy and short with his words wouldn't wait for inspection of tile

These giys were so helpful, I needed a Saturday delivery and this was the only tile place that would accomodate me. hey sent pictures and videos of the tiles in different lights for me, super helpful. Arranged the delivery at a reasonable cost, and delivered on time. I would defintely recommend.

Service from sample to the real thing being delivered was excellent arrived on time and they look absolutely gorgeous many comments from neighbours and passers by very happy customer in fact I have some left over and plan to order a few more for my back garden. Must add the guys doing the work suggested another company for almost the same tiles that were double the price of these.

I purchased some tiles for my kitchen and bathroom, and was not sure of the correct amount I would need.
I spoke with Nathan and he gave me a lot of information that made my order very smooth and concise.
He explained everything in detail for me , even sent payment link through for me, he helped me to arrange delivery as large truck was not suitable for my address.
Nathan made everything seem less and stress free.
When the tiles arrived 2 were broken, he said not to worry as they will refund for the broken tiles.
Within a couple of days the money was in my account.
I would always choose Tile Topia in the future as they make you feel at ease , especially buying a large amount of tiles on line, can be worrying just in case it’s not what you expected.
I must say, the tiles are so beautiful and I get so many compliments about them.
I am a very happy satisfied customer.
