Very efficient and really happy with the product . I made a mistake when ordering initially on size and within 24hrs they had dealt with my problem and the lovely trousers arrived !! I will be passing these details onto all my friends .. love them!

My parcel never arrived
My parcel never arrived, they have it tracked with Royal Mail and are raising a claim with them. They have not issued a replacement or a refund. This was a Christmas present which has never arrived. The ‘customer happiness’ team are quick to respond, but are very much it may take another month. So earliest will be February. I am not optimistic. Disappointing service when they clearly know it’s not the fault of the customer

I had a question about a return I had to make (ordered the wrong size) and Zara got back to me within 10 minutes of my email on NYE. Not only was it great to get help so quickly, the customer service was fantastic and my issue was resolved straight away :)
Great products
My son wanted a pair of Tom's Trunks lounge pants for Christmas. He only told me a few days before Christmas and didn't send a link, so with time running out I ordered classic rather than wide leg. I realised my mistake too late to stop the order, but still needed the right pair, so ordered those also. Although I couldn't stop the first order, Zara (excellent customer support and communication), gave me really useful advice on how best to return the unwanted pair.
Both items arrived swiftly.
As it happened, I was able to find a recipient for the 'wrong' pair, and didn't need to return them. Both recipients of the lounge pants were delighted with their gifts, and were impressed with the quality of the product, as well as the ethical aims of the company.

Had a trip to the London pop up/store and we had a really great experience with helpful and friendly service from Tom & team. The products are great too - my daughter has had a few of their trousers and they’re well made and well priced. They look fab too.

Issue with a missing order
Issue with a missing order. Customer “Happiness” 😂 were prompt with a response but not helpful at all. Told me my issue was with Royal Mail and not their problem once it left their premises.
