I recently bought from Tom’s Trunks and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the clothes is excellent — really comfortable, well-made, and they look great too. You can tell a lot of care goes into the design and materials.

What stood out just as much was the customer service. They were friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful with my questions. It made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Tom’s Trunks to anyone looking for high-quality clothing and great service. Five stars all the way!

Needed to exchange a pair of shorts. There had been a delay so I sent an email to seek an update. Received an email within an hour from Zara apologising for the delay and confirming that the order was being prepared and would be out for delivery the next day. Received another email shortly after confirming the item had been sent out for shipping. A very rare and welcome example of flawless customer service even without speaking to anyone directly over the phone. Thank you.

Tom’s trunks is such a great company, a refreshing approach all round, I love seeing them at shows and events!

I am more than happy to recommend Tom's Trunks. Royal Mail lost our parcel and when I contacted Tom's Trunks, Ollie the Customer Happiness Team Lead responded promptly and ensured that another pair was sent immediately. The second pair arrived within days. The trousers I ordered were exactly as described and I am impressed with the quality of the product. We are definitely now a Tom's Trunk family and will be ordering from them again. :)

Great customer services.

I went to the Tom’s Trunks store while they were doing the pop-up near Pimlico. I was unable to grab a beach bag while there as they were out of stock with my purchase. Fortunately, Zara was super helpful and helped me out. Thank you to Zara, Tom and the team. I love the products and probably have more than I need :)

The main thing I love about the Tom's Trunks team is how quickly and politely they respond to any and all enquiries. I had to return an item for an exchange size after Christmas which never arrived back, despite this frustration the team were so helpful and kind that the delay in getting the item back didn't really matter anymore! Especially as the weather hasn't yet been nice enough to wear it, looking forward to summer.

Wow this company never lets me down with their customer service. I sent an email yesterday at 17:33 and got an answer at 17:36, I then replied at 20:22 thanking Ollie and he replied at 21:12!!!!! Can’t wait for the trousers to be back in stock for my son!!!

Absolutely wonderful, I made a mistake when purchasing my order (I accidentally ordered the wrong size) and the wonderful customer ‘happiness team’ member (so cute btw) Ollie helped me get a full refund and I replaced my order with the correct size. They were very quick to respond and incredibly friendly! Thankyou!

Everything is perfect

Absolutely love Toms Trunks. I had to return a pair of shorts because I got the sizing wrong and Zara from the Customer Happiness team helped me out. I didn’t have the order number as I went to the pop up shop but they were able to help me find it through me email which was huge help. They were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and was fast to reply. This experience has made me an even bigger fan of Tom’s trunks!

Had a great time visiting the pop-up on Good Friday. The whole team were lovely and I am very happy with the clothes I bought. I was given the wrong size of shirt but got in touch with the team via email, and Zara was very helpful and friendly in dealing with it. I ended up fortunately going back to the store and exchanging in person but the whole process was great.

Had a few issues with my trousers but I emailed the team at toms trunks and they got back to me very quickly and were extremely helpful! Love my pair and would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much toms trunks for your excellent costumer service and general helpfulness.
