I’ve always loved the brand, so ordered a few preloved pieces for my family for Christmas. There was an incident with the sizing so I got an email explaining what had happened and they were so helpful. I was able to order a new item and they kindly refunded the shipping because of the mistake. The customer service is so friendly and efficient. I will be ordering again soon!

When my order arrived it did not include the free gift
I contacted customer services and they replied very promptly, were hugely apologetic and informed me my free gift had now been despatched

Purchased a pair at the Spirit of Christmas. I was told a size medium would fit a size 8/10. They were very small. Denied a return without paying. Terrible customer service.

A big shout out to Toms Trunks. Not only do they sell the best clothing but customer service is fantastic. I ordered some trousers on Sunday but apple pay defaulted to a previous address. I messaged to ask to cancel and got an immediate response. Thankyou so much 😊

I have purchased 5 pairs of these trousers for myself and as presents for friends in the past year. Unfortunately my own pair which have only been worn for travel purposes (maximum 15 times), the fabric was faulty and started fraying. Customer service was not great as other reviewers have noted. They offered to repair but said the leg would be narrower. Who wants that? I requested a discount on a new pair to replace as I have had them a while but was completely refused. You can see from the photos that there is a fault in the fabric.

As a ‘granny’ I have always received excellent service and my grandchildren (& others) have been delighted with gifts. I even manage the returns and re orders : if a little slow to complete! Thank you!

Lovely trousers (white with olive stripe). Ordered 2 pairs in medium and large to check sizing. Sized up for baggier fit to suit teen boy (5'11" and 34" waist). Eco friendly packaging.

I’ve been buying from toms trunks for quite a few years now, and they’ve never disappointed once! I recently ordered their white and pink classics in the wide leg version, and after receiving them (very quickly) I decided that I would prefer them in the normal style so opted for an exchange which was easy to sort using their quick returns & exchanges section. After emailing the company to let them know the steps I had taken they immediately sent out the new pair and arrived the next morning. The quality of their products are amazing and I’m so pleased to see the company growing. Will definitely be purchasing again pretty soon!
