Easy to find an event and purchase tickets. Simple to find your tickets at the time and the email reminders are useful and have good information!

The whole experience was awesome. The atmosphere was electric and oh my gosh - the stadium!!!! Just the best and am so proud that this stadium is in our city!!! No queues to get in or out so well done to everyone involved 🤗👏🤗👏

Fantastic entertainment. We do have a major problem with the rubbish that people left in the stands, absolutely appalling. There appeared to be plenty of of bins.These people are a total disgrace

The process of getting tickets was straightforward and I really appreciated getting into the waiting room and then getting tickets. And then to have the tickets on my phone made entry so quick and simple again.

Nothing went wrong - you just charge far too much for doing very little. Why the extra fees?

Got caught out by the no bags, work laptops allowed into the venue. Probably our fault on not reading the terms and conditions

After I'd booked & received ticket, website told me my call had timed out. My ticket disappeared. So I booked a second seat. Then first ticket reappeared, so I now had 2. I "chatted" with your bot endlessly. It implied it could help me but didn't. Result lots of time wasted & I paid twice for an unresellable, unrefundable second seat. Generally I find Ticketmaster helpful.

There should be benches in the outside area for people to sit on while they wait for the stairs to open.
Of course once you get to your seat, they are extraordinarily uncomfortable. Two hours on those seats and although I didn’t want the show to end I couldn’t wait to get up and move about.

The experience was absolutely mind boggling. The visuals and the explanations behind them was just a mind bender at times. Always enjoy listening to Brian Cox. Some much to think about and so much more to get your head around with the universe and space who knew it was so complicated. Worth every dollar paid.

The ease in which I was able to select and purchase seats made it enjoyable.

The staff at Town Hall were incredibly helpful, ensuring everyone found their seats. The accoustics were phenomenal! Marlon, your musical talents are truly a gift. Your voice and skills on guitar and piano are impressive, backed by the Yarra Benders who are also extremenly talented, offering a diverse range of music from Blue Grass, Country, Te Reo, and Rock. This concert goes down in the best every memories !

Great concert with lots of variation. The Korngold violin concerto was a real highlight ,but equally good was the performance of the Mahler concerto. For an older audience, Sunday afternoon concerts are a good option.

Transferred tickets to wallet,but scanners at door didn’t work at all well, attendant was getting flustered, and I was getting annoyed.

I couldn't list and sell a spare ticket I had through the official Ticketmaster website for some reason, I kept getting the message' resale unavailable' for some reason, so it didn't get used.

The show was absolutely amazing. Marlon is fantastic. The staff were nice and location was great, especially with our accomodation across the road. The only thing is the lines going into the showroom seemed a bit of a mess. You don’t know where they end and you’re navigating through a crowded room of people.

An excellent, entertaining performance. Venue staff were friendly too.
