Amazing Marlon Williams concert. Easy scanning of tickets. Great venue and friendly staff.

I tried to share the tickets although it shows I'd transferred- the receiver didn't get any notification- I was able to cancel (whew)
After downloading the tickets to my wallet then arrived at the stadium- and get notification to open in ticket master...very confusing- pick one way.
It was easy to book but all the updates and notices made me 2nd guess. I'm over 60 and pretty happy with technical knowledge. This was my 1st buying tickets and using my phone.
I had it sorted until arriving at the stadium- then it turned to custard.
And I had to pass to a younger person. Which pd me off no end.

Everything worked fine easy to get in and out!!!

That was a very stressful experience - terrible! My son needs a wheelchair accessible seat, plus support person ticket, and it took many hours of phone calls, emails and waiting (listening to awful, repeating music) to finally get tickets sorted. By then his support person had pulled out, because it was less than 2 hours before the event started. So I had to cancel the tickets I'd already paid for. Son very disappointed and I'm really angry at my wasted time and energy

The whole process was simple from the search to enjoying the show. No problems whatsoever with payments and ticket retrieval.
Definitely my first stop for all things entertainment.

Easy parking easy entry, easy to find seating. Helpful staff and fantastic concert

On Ticketmaster it said it started at 6.30pm and show did not start till 7.30pm it should have said doors open at 6.30pm Waiting for an hour in a cold venue with no back up artist was not fun; background music was morbid and depressing many people turned up the same time as us

No issues, excellent comms and straightforward entry on the night. This show was rescheduled from last November, and while that was disappointing in itself (but unavoidable), the communication around that was also top notch.

Three issues:
1
I searched for tickets and multiple sets came up but even tho I chose the first set immediately, they then said "No longer Available".
If at least the first search results are not valid for at least 10 seconds, there is no point having a search function. Better to show the seats on a plan and grey our every time someone clicks on them.

When I eventually got some "available", the time taken to meet the requirement to join Ticket Master before entering credit card details timed me out. either don't allow searches if not logged in or just accept credit card details to create account!

Despite multiple attempts (50+ searches and hundreds of accepted selections) to find 4 tickets we gave up and spent another 20 minutes and finally got 2 lots of 2 at opposite ends of the ground, only to then find 2 empty seats next to us at one of those locations with another two, 4 seats further along that row. Whatever algorythm you use to offer seats by number requested needs a lot of improvement, OR you need to go back to a chart/seating plan system..

My friends and I absolutely loved &Juliet!!!! And our seats were awesome! I have always sat in the stalls, never upstairs in the dress circle before. Wouldn't sit anywhere else now!!!!

It's always a breeze accessing this venue and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Marlon was great at interacting.
public transport was a let down as the concert went longer than any train service. No bus seemed to be about as a replacement.

Having them stored on the wallet on the phone, with ease of getting the tickets.

Ticket Master were not to blame but the presentation from WB was disappointing. The lead singer gave us 2 hrs of highly amped ‘rock-junk’ before he switched to the stuff everyone came to hear. The quality was no better than some average pub-band. Banjo, mandolin, violin never showed. See WB again?… never, don’t waste ya money.

Rock Tenors were great and their music was perfect. Great choice of anthems

Great: Ease of purchasing, receiving & using tickets.
Not so: It would be very helpful if your ticket or comms clearly stated when the doors open.
