The system requiring tickets to be only on mobiles is very restrictive and limiting. Let people show paper tickets or print-at-home tickets. For many people this is much easier and more convenient. I for one am seriously considering not attending concerts again because of this harsh rule you have imposed.

I went to Alan Davies and Atomic both times spent ages trying to access tickets on app SO frustrating rang your help line afterwards to be told you’ve updated your app and now my iPhone 8 is unable to use it. It would have been helpful to have been advised

My overall experience was positive. However, the app had a glitch, not just at the venue but also at home. Initially, I thought it was due to an unstable network outside, but I encountered the same issue at home as well. Fortunately, when we arrived at the venue and were about to print the manual ticket, the app suddenly displayed the ticket. Additionally, I noticed that if two people are booking from the same app, their names appear under the same person, which is puzzling. Staff at the venue were very helpful.

We loved the Manon performance and I'm sure the venue of St James Theatre made it all the more special. Full house and a fabulous evening.

Everything was great except no email came on the leadup of the event about what to expect on the day, what time the doors opened and what door to enter in so made it all a bit confusing.

Fantastic show, loved everything, the set, the awesome band, the wonderful harmonies with singers on stage and backing vocals . Incredible talent from all the students. So so wonderful, loved it so much before it even hit the stage … bought tickets to two shows because I knew we were in for a treat. Well done RGBS and RGHS🧡

My seat was in the Grand circle , limited options when booked , I could only just read the bottom line of the surtitles and the view of the stage was obstructed by the person in front of me so difficult to kepp moving my head into the gaps .
To make it a really bad night i fainted so was helped out and missed the rest of the evening. Thanks to the people around me and sensitive usher in the section

Unreasonable fees and poor service. Customer service nonexistent - impossible to speak to a person. Website is awful.

The exquisite singing and orchestra as well as the setting were top class....Awesome. That NZ can produce not one or two beautiful singers but a whole cast is amazing and a credit to many teachers, students and lovers of Opera over the years.
Everything was there and created the most near perfect opera experience I have had in a long life time.
Thankyou to those who made it happen.

Amazing atmosphere but the sound system at the back of the stand is terrible. Cant hear the announcer very well or the half time entertainment

I’d highly recommend area down in the fan zone so we don’t get overstored or bump into while watching the game.
Enjoyed the atmosphere.
Us few wheelies love the wahs but still can’t help
Feel that we are put to the back burners.
