Very Sorry, Money gone and no tickets. I paid for 2 tickets. I received a child's ticket, so I returned the ticket

Great seating and easily accessible. No big line ups in bathrooms. Could do with some better quality wines though. Ursula was fantastic

Urzila was extremely funny. We would definitely go to see her again. The only downside was a lack of available parking at the TEC, and a long wait in the queue of traffic when leaving the venue.

Easy of access to venue.
Good security and some jerks were made to leave during the show.
Staff friendly and great performance

I found the venue Townsville Ent Centre to be very disappointing. There was a large speaker coming from the ceiling which blocked my view of her and being up in the side stands. She was not very visible. Also the lighting was either full on or full off. There was nothing with low lights so you could go to the bathroom easily or get past people - pitch black.

Great show. Full of laughs.

Booking was pretty simple, only frustrating part was the last minute release of tickets to print or add to digital wallet. Little frustrating to try & book seats for me & my Mum (who is elderly & has mobility difficulties) as she tried to do it via the telephone directly with the venue but was told to speak with Ticketek head office via telephone which was a bit too difficult for her, so we gave up & just booked best available seats online & Mum had to deal with the stairs (using my assistance). Otherwise event/show was excellent & can’t really comment on other parts of venue cause we didn’t eat/drink there or use any facilities. Grateful for plenty of disability parking available out the front in the main street.

Show was awesome and I loved how Urzila came out to talk to the crowd while there was an episode decency in the crowd rather than leaving everyone wondering what was going on. . Drink lines were huge which was a it if a bummer. Maybe drink carts outside to take some of the load off the main bar for soft drink and water.
Parking was atrocious and took an hour and a half to get out of the carpark

Everything from booking the tickets to the accessing the tickets and the venue was great. Urzila was better than I expected and I changed my partner to a fan of hers. Can’t wait see her again.

A laugh a minute. Loved the swearing and story of her in fishing gear going on the yacht. 2nd time I’ve seem her now.
Will go again.

Had an absolute all and laughter would see her every time she came to cityville I mean Townsville I’ll even shout the cans of sardines lol

Friend emailed me the tickets, I opened them on my phone to check I could. Then that night at the door, the website wouldn't show them. I asked him to send them to the Ticketek App (based on your FAQs) he did but only one ticket would register at the door. I had to keep interrupting my friend to try to get him to do something different so we could access both tickets. In the end nothing worked and we had to go to Ticketek to get the ticket printed because the app had an error. It all took over 30 minutes. While staff were helpful and friendly, it was unnecessarily stressful and we got to our seat within seconds of the show starting.

Ursula is hilarious and didn't disappoint. My face still hurts I laughed so much

RAC arena I was told to fold my empty backpack by the guy at the door and walk through but as I did another security guard came running up to me and treated me like I had a bomb demanding I put the bag in the cloakroom. He was rude to the other guy in front of everyone. When I went to cloakroom there were paper bags provided to put items in before we cloaked the bag. My folded up bag fitted in the paper bag so I’m not sure what the point was.
After the event I collected my child and was forced through a one way exit despite her asking the use the toilet. Walked back to the front to enter again to use toilet and they just point blank refused to let us back in.
Over 8000 kids at an event where they don’t allow them to use the toilet.

Staff were helpful easy checking in and getting seated

It was a smooth transition from entering through check-in until I was ushered to my seat. 👍🏽

Our seats were restricted view despite it not stating that at time of purchase and we couldn’t hear what she was saying
