A Beautiful Noise is by far the best show we have seen for a long time.
Will Swenson as young Neil Diamond, was an absolute standout, what a voice and what a performer.
OUTSTANDING SHOW

We specifically purchased tickets for Max Amini’s 9:00 PM Sydney show, only to discover that our tickets had been changed to the 5:00 PM session without our consent. These are two separately advertised sessions, not simply a minor change to the event time. We planned our Saturday around the 9:00 PM performance and would never have purchased the 5:00 PM session. Changing a customer’s booked session without their agreement, only days before the event, is completely unacceptable.

Took the money ($400), did not deliver tickets in either their app or email or nothing. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXISTS.
How tf is this the best we can do? Can a start-up come and demolish these a holes please

I had some medical procedures booked the same day as my concert. I requested a refund & they were able to reply - keep me updated and solve the issue with no problems what so ever. Ive never been more happy to be able to settle this matter in a timely manner. Stress free & all that jazz.

They have been great with processing refund requests.

Bought refundable tickets by paying extra money but when the concert finally comes that I was really excited for I fell sick and cancel the tickets knowing it’s refundable but after cancelling the tickets I got email for provide evidence like a doctor certificate which I unable to and now I lost my ticket money plus money i paid extra for buying refundable tickets

I am so impressed with the quality of service , constant feedback and interest in my problem , end result, problem was solved very efficiently, more than happy with the service .

Great facility to hold live events. Staff were helpful and seating was ok. Food and drink were bit on the expensive side for what the quality was. The popcorn was excellent as it always is. Easy access to the seating and amenities

Accidentally purchased two extra tickets as a result of log-in issue. Victoria from Customer Experience fixed and issue and had the refund in my account within the hour. Great customer service.

Can't go outside once ticket scanned. Scanned by guest with 5 others. Very upset. Bad service and front of house very rude.

The venue is also really good, love that there is food options & drinks available. staff at the doors are very helpful getting to your seating

From start to finish it was a well run event. There was an unexpected pause in the show but was handled very well by all staff. Urzila was highly entertaining and have never laughed so hard.

Show was great staff fantastic only thing is was it was so very cold inside.

Urzila was amazing and funny as a comedian first time seeing her, but the seats were an absolute joke. They were old, 5 of my mates that went were all sitting on top of each other also running again strangers for the first half and then when the emergency happened we all moved cause we could sit comfortable for another sitting.

I drive from Nelson bay to see it. And drive back afterwards. It was a long night, but the laughter was so worth it.

The worst part, the centre was freezing inside and I got a cold. You need rubber floors or something. Everyone was complaining. Otherwise URZILA was wonderful as always.

The entertainment centre is like a school hall seats are for small kids not grown adults.

The show itself was fantastic but the venue is an old relic don’t know how you could call it an entertainment centre
And the car parking was easy to arrive but chaotic to get out until finally security directed cars by one and one to ease the congestion.
And not everyone likes Pepsi why can’t venues sell a bit of coke. Limiting people choices is making the experience less attractive.
We had a medical episode during the show and ended up having a break for half an hour with almost all of the food and drink venues closed people just standing as very limited seating around in the cold as it was more comfortable than the seating.
