Does anyone or anything work here?
Let's start with customer service...there is none. Need to contact Ticketek? Goodluck! Have a quick question you'd like to call them about? Yeah they don't do phone calls...literally have a pre-recorded voice message and then they hang up. How do you contact them instead you ask? Fill out an online form. What's the wait time to hear back? Should be quick right? As there's no phone calls? Wrong. Have waited 3 days so far for what I'd say could be resolved in a 30 sec phone call. Crickets. Who knows how you would resolve an urgent enquiry.
Next, the app. Hilariously bad. Think bug-city, endless loading wheels, not progressing to next screens, buttons with no response. Need I say more? Don't get me wrong it's not like it "doesn't work"...but it certainly does less 'not working' than 'working'.
Purchasing tickets...ever wanted to waste half a day? Try buying tickets through Ticketek. I've been trying to buy 3 tickets to an event on several different occasions and each time I get the same declined message. Tried using Apple Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, entering card details directly, nothing works. Tried using different cards - nothing. Insufficient funds? Nope - triple checked. Cards work for other purchases? Yep, without issue.
How is this company actually this bad?
If any event organisers read this...please FGS use another ticketing service

Alfred Adriaan only spoke in Afrikaans for 95% his performance. He asked at the top of the show how many Australians were in the audience, he counted 5. Then proceeded to exclude those who only understood English. Not fun when you are in the front row centre. We were trapped.

It’s hard to be happy
It’s hard to be happy, starting with been given the wrong wristbands at the gate. Then, having staff having no idea where our area was. Finally found a wonderful lady, who took us to get the correct wristbands and showed us where to go. The staff in the area were so friendly.
Food started badly with cold sliders. Lastly was a strange closure of the bar, 25 minutes before end of the game. The cost of the tickets, were too much for what the experience was.

Dean Z excellent. Staff provided poor instruction answering my questions which led to a wasted 25 minutes queuing yet again turned away from the Service Desk :"can't help you here, go downstairs" My experience on two occasions, Staff poorly trained. I will not return to the Star ever again!
Unexpected and very funny
Very funny audience volunteers and interactions. So great to see one of my comedic favourites up close
Zero Stars - Bad experience
Bad experience, paid for tickets that never came through. Had to go to box office at Adelaide Oval and plead our case to get tickets. Useless service that charges money for no service. Zero stars.

Shame on you ticketek
I'm never going through ticketek ever again, lined up at the wu tang concert at qudos arena and thought I'd check emails whilst in line as we were hearing half the members wouldn't be there. They were offering refunds due to this but when your in line and have spemt money getting to the venue and purchased new clothes and what to to attend what are you supposed to do..we still went in and left after seeing the supporting act. On top of that everything was delayed aswell. Shame on them for sendi g late emails out to everyone. Spent $600 on 3 tickets to see bliss n esso and .mistah c

Horrendous Experience At The Wu-Tang Concert
Went to see Wu-Tang. It was advertised as all members being there. They weren't, so that was false advertising. Sound quality was garbage. Went out for half an hour to take painkillers for ongoing shoulder injury. Came back in near the end of the concert, and instead of bothering people to get to my seat, I just sat in a vacant seat. Overzealous security guard kicked me out. Overall an atrocity of an experience at QUDOS. Won't be going back in a hurry. Giving one star as I'm unable to give zero.
Unauthorized or fine prints authority for big deduction
Very disappointing experience with Ticketek. I authorised a small ballot fee, but was unexpectedly charged $1,360 without clear consent or explanation. There was no transparency, no proper notification, and no visible details in my account.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. Calls go unanswered with only automated messages saying staff are busy, and an email sent a week ago has received no response.
This level of service and billing practice is completely unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

No tickets received
No tickets received . Venue map appeared only after payment payment taken. Form does include PayPal as a method of payment tho that was how payment made Contact ignored so no tickets no refund horrible inaccessible seats allocated (I use walking aid )!
