Received a call this morning regarding…
Received a call this morning regarding the mess that Octopus Energy had put us through. the First Lady was amazing! (Sorry can’t remember your name) I spoke to her in depth regarding the ongoing issues and reassured me that persistence is what I needed to do- she put my account on hold for 30 days. I called octopus regarding this as mentioned from Zinc and was awarded £150 compensation due to the circumstances and issues that they had caused.
