if minus zero stars were possible, I’d give them!
Extremely poor and distressing experience. Despite a tax bill being paid in full by the January deadline, this organisation is still harassing my 90‑year‑old, vulnerable and blind mother in April over a debt that never existed.
I paid the bill on her behalf directly to HMRC by their due date, yet no proper checks were made before contacting a vulnerable elderly person. I have tried repeatedly to resolve this — phone calls were dismissed, and three formal complaint emails were sent with no acknowledgement or response whatsover.
The complete lack of accountability, refusal to engage, and failure to recognise vulnerability is unacceptable. Causing this level of stress to a blind nonagenarian due to their own administrative failure shows a shocking lack of competence and basic standards. They need reporting to the FCA

My student loan arrears were transferred to this company in February. I set up a payment plan and began making payments of 360-400 GDP monthly. Yet, my "balance" with them has continued to increase. They claim it is on behalf of Student Loans Company. SLC deny completely that they have added any increases or additional charges. The increase is HIGHER than what I have actually paid back - an increase of 1528 GDP over a 3 month period.
Increases that they seemingly are confused by are blaming SLC, claiming that SLC are lying and deceiving me. SLC claim that they have nothing to do with this and PDC are the ones making the additional increases and charges.
Having read the previous reviews, I think it is clear to see that this company scam people and add additional increases.

Chasing an outstanding balance from HMRC. Which was paid months ago ! Absolute bunch of scammers. I just cannot understand why HMRC have anything to do with them.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Have tried at least 6 separate times to let them know that a balance they are chasing from HMRC is wrong. Yet, they never respond and continue to chase for balances that simply do not exist.
This is harassment and I will not tolerate it any longer. Any more of this and I will report this dreadful company to the FCA. Completely dreadful company to try to deal with.
They don't even respond to complaints which is a legal requirement under FCA practices.

Recieved a text addressed to my ex partner from well over 8 years ago related to a debt to Three Mobile, my mobile number has never been associated with my ex partner what so ever, it's always been in my name on the account linked to me while he had his own phone number, own account and we paid our own bills from our banks. How they got my mobile number linked to him is a myth to me and in my opinion a breach of privacy!
Gave them a phone and explained to them after repeatedly telling them I have no link to this person they continued to ask if I was him, quite concerned I sound like a man now 🤣 eventually they asked for my name and mobile number to take off their system, hopefully that is the end of it.

Had a massive call 2+ hours 6 weeks ago over my 82year old dad .He had a stroke then another about 3 months later Lady I spoke too was helpful I explained too her that I had spoken too Tesco mobile as he couldn't speak or text and he was in end of life care gave her details of nursing home etc no that's fine REF 32407770 then bombarded again texts calls emails 126.00 spoke too another advisor can you get your dad too sign a form or text or email us giving you permission hang on he's in end of life care I raised my voice and he laughed at me very professional call made at 09.45 11/02/2026 advisor was not professional at all I offered my bank details and 10 pound a month refused pay in full were do they get these advisors from send proof of illness etc even better i send you a copy of death certificate soon so if i have too get all this evidence and i can't speak on my dad's behalf why are you texting and sending me demands Tesco mobile took 180.00 of a dormant number that had never been used as he can't speak or text I closed his account down

Good luck getting a penny from me! I have no assets in the UK and will never ever move back there so you can't do a thing to me and it's hilarious. PS, your emails go straight to my email spam folder, I sometimes read them when I'm bored and fancy a laugh. Ciao!
Can’t pay without UK address, I emigrated.
TBF, I didn’t even know I owed money to Vodafone £23.40 when I left the UK.
So they hunted down my brother and he received their usual kind of letter. This is where the problem starts, I need a UK address to pay the money, I emigrated. It gives options of PayPal and Applepay, doesn’t work.
Messaging doesn’t work, no email address, I don’t have international calls.
Amateurs at best.

Being harassed by this company via phone calls. Have been telling them when they call to take my data off thier system and to stop with the calls but then I get another one a few days later, it is my right and a breach of gdpr to keep my personal data and harass me.

CLONED OUR BANK CARD. We were fed up of the letters for £50 to sky. I decided to just log in and pay it. Thought it was strange that it didn’t want me to pay using my card and wanted to use my bank app. I thought no way I’m not using my bank app! So we used our business bank card. The next 2 days £380 came out to GAMBLING SITES!! this card hasn’t been used for anything else irregular so it’s definitely this place who stole our details.
DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY ! SCAM.

Incompetent company
Incompetent company. My Father had a tax bill due end of February 2026. He is 77 years of age and is a being harassed by this company. We have repeatedly told them this but they continue. Suggest anyone else having issues, makes a formal complaint and follows up with a report to ombudsman. I will be doing so as well as information commissioner as they are wrongly using his data.

PDC contacted me in December 2025 about a DVLA fine. Date of offence was 1/6/2024.
I have never received a FINE from DVLA.
Contacted them to resolve the matter but the telephone system is designed to push you away from speaking to an agent and direct you to payment portals.
I have made numerous phonecalls and every time the call connects to an agent I am disconnected.
