Excellent customer service by agent name Mia, very helpfull , polite, and resolve my query quickly,

I was on the phone today with a lovely person Mathew. They were very pleasant it didn't even feel like I was calling a debt collections company. Very polite and understanding to my situation helped me feel comfortable when having the difficult conversation. Helped me set up a payment plan. If all debt collections company treated people like they do at Zinc it would be very helpful for many people in one of the most difficult period in people's lives. Thank you so much for your help.

I have been stressed with trying to make a payment for my loan that got paused for while due to family difficulties. I was glad I could be contacted today by the lovely Paulina, she made everything easy and simple to understand, along with fantastic customer service. She helped me get everything sorted out and I’m a very happy chappy going forward. She’s definitely one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever spoken to ever! Thank you again!

I have got into a bit of a mess and Neil spoke to me and asked a few questions to discover the best way to help. He was extremely kind and helpful. We have now set up a plan so I can pay them back which should be manageable. He also told me not to worry and to call them if I ever needed more help in the future.

This is a horrifically hostile company.
When they Initially contact you via the phone they will be unable to articulate that they are indeed a debt collection agency, they will maintain that they are a "Contact centre"... soft language if i ever heard it.
If you are phoning me to collect a phantom debt you are not my friend so stop pretending to be.

We pay every single company we have standing orders for on time there is no need for a collection agency.

With the world of Ai and scammers phoning people demanding information will get you nowhere, and with the way your callers act - I'd be surprised if you didn't accept gift cards as a form of payment.

Despite blocking and reporting the number they are using, they are still leaving me voicemails and have done for a few months now.
I owe no debt with them so i have no idea why this is happening, it feel's nothing but borderline harassment and i am very tempted to look into taking legal action against this company.
I plan however to take this up with the phone provider i am with in the meantime to see if they can fully block this company as i am tired of the attempt calls zinc are trying to do.
I owe zinc nothing , no company i am with has not issued anything as i pay on time and so forth.
So this is likely a scam attempt on zinc's part and quite frankly, it is rude and disgusting and needs to stop.
