The Window Doctor Care & Repair Service Ltd Bewertungen

From start to finish, the service we received was very good and professional. Communication was excellent throughout, I was kept well informed about when the engineer would arrive, and the time slots provided were accurate and helpful. John the engineer was friendly, worked cleanly, and explained everything clearly to me.
Overall, a very pleasing service that I would happily recommend.

Very polite and helpful. Respectful of property, putting on shoe covers. Quite was very straight forward and everything was explined.

Todd did a great job installing our windows;he was very professional and I will recommend Window Doctors to my friends.

I had rang up after seeing the reviews about 2 of my windows . One would not open and ones handle had broken . They arranged a visit and I got a message on my phone of when they would come n times . I was kept informed , even on the day . Carl came and was friendly and professional. He looked at the job and also secured one of my window until they had the parts and gave me the quote. I was lucky that they could do the job next day . Carl and Edd came to do the job and also explained what had got damaged with windows for them to not work . Carl also explained about the payments to wait for the email . Could not fault them . Definitely have them do the again .

Can’t recommend this company enough. Carl & James came to change hinges on my front door (not standard hinges either) & did a perfect job & also solved a very cold draughty bathroom window problem. All done promptly & professionally. Highly recommend, 5 stars all round.

Everything they did was first class.

Excellent service from beginning to end and good value for money. Would use again if further work is required in future.

Very good service, Eddie came gave us a quote then 2 days later he returned to di the job, he was very knowledgeable & professional

Excellent service, from the survey to the installation. Eddie’s attention to detail was great; he explained everything that was going on and his work was exemplary. He was a clean and tidy worker and hoovered up, replacing all of the furniture. Highly recommended.

Good experienced and pleasant Engineer repaired our window fitting a new lock and handle mechanism We found the lock stiff so the Engineer returned to adjust. Happy with the wor. Thank you.

From start to finish l was impressed with the service provided. From calling up to get an estimate you got a feeling of personal service, that your business mattered even though it was a single pane replacement. The office lady was really friendly and helpful throughout and an appt was quick. We had a lovely man called Eddie come out to measure and estimate and he also came back and fitted the window. He was extremely helpful, polite, professional and experienced. The price was as expected, the estimated time it would take was acceptable and communication by txt as to when he would be arriving was very convenient. Eddie was a lovely man and when we replace our door panel in the future l will definitely be asking for him if possible. I had a really positive experience with this company.

Fast and efficient service from engineer to office.
Excellent communication from friendly staff and job completed to full satisfaction
Highly recommended.

We wanted a new seal on the bottom of our door but when the man arrived he said he couldn't do it. ?

Fantastic Service, have used them twice now for different jobs. Absolutely no issue either time.

Carl arrived on time and fixed the window perfectly. Nice guy too, so I'llc all Window Doctor whenever I have a window issue.

Excellent service, everything went smoothly from start to end.

Excellent repair after initial survey and quoted repair cost. I agreed and window was satisfactorily repaired within 2days.
Brilliant service and would recommend them too anyone needing a windows repair

Our experience was great . John was an absolute lovely engineer to deal with and a true expert at his craft. Even though we ran into difficulties while breaking out some windows ,John and his two colleagues Carl and Jay worked extremely hard to successfully perform the breakout and fit the mechanisms required . Furthermore , John was extremely freindly and trustworthy and he did a class A Job .

Fantastic Company - went online Wednesday to book a no obligation survey for a window hinge repair. Booked for the Friday. Eddie turned up on time looked at the job quoted a very reasonable price and was able to complete the job there and then. Clean working throughout, explained how the new hinge worked and offered maintenance advice. Can’t fault them and will definitely use again 💯

Easy to contact. Fantastic communication all the way through to the day of the work. The engineer (James) was on time, really easy to talk to, even put on shoe covers to protect any carpets.

He took one look at the job and recognised what was needed. He gave me the price immediately and told me he'd be five minutes. Which he was!

He also did a great job of telling me what other window services Window Doctor provide. I'll definitely use them again if needed.
